Love our Weber Genesis II. This is the 2nd one we have owned. The first lasted 15 years! Excellent to grill on. This one is larger than our last and we can feed 12-16 people with no problems!

This grill was a total upgrade for me. We do a ton of hosting for family and friends and this grill finally gives me the grill space to adequately do that. No more batch grilling! I can pretty much do it all at once on this grill!!

I've bought the cheaper grills for a long time so I finally decided to get a Weber grill and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! I don't worry about massive flare ups because it drains so well. Everything cooks so evenly because the air flow is so efficient. The construction of the grill will last so much longer than the cheaper ones. I couldn't be happier.

I started grilling on my Genesis® II E-410 Gas Grill on Fathers Day 2021. The cooking surface size is ideal for my extended family. We have a pool, so ours is the party house all summer. So far I have done ribs, chicken, hamburgers and hotdogs, roasted potatoes and grilled vegetables, shrimp and scallops....you name it. It has been great! This is my second Weber gas grill. The last one I have used for the last 19 years...all seasons. This one I hope to use for another two decades! I really like the simplicity of design and function of this grill.

Our last grill lasted over 8 years. We wanted another grill with a similar life span. Of all our choices out there, Weber's construction appeared to be of the highest quality which equates to durability which contributes to longevity. So, Weber was our choice. So far, it has exceeded expectations.

Great grill.. cooks evenly and love the quality of the materials. Easy to assemble with the hep of my 13 year old son. Had one issue with a missing piece that wasn't critical for using it and it was shipped out within a day so their customer service was great. Only reason for no 5 stars is because for a grill this size the only down side is it doesn't have a searing area but other than that love it!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
