Near-perfect grill, with one minor (maybe trivial) flaw. I grill salmon slabs in a long-handled basket for gentle flipping - a 2-lb. slab of delicate salmon doesn't get flipped with a spatula easily. With the handle of the basket sticking out the front of the grill cover (propped up with a yardstick on the far end of the handle, so the weight of the cover doesn't angle the basket awkwardly), the grill-cover handle gets exposed to the VERY hot air that escapes from the cooking chamber, hot enough to burn a hand without a pot-holder or glove. Might be nice to have a notch in the cover to let the handle stick out without propping open the cover the whole length of the front cover, which heats the handle up intolerably.

We needed a new grill and our son highly recommended Weber cause he has one. I initially was sceptical of paying 1,000.00 for a grill but after years of buying the cheaper gas grills and them only lasting a couple of years I thought, why not give Weber a chance. I'm so glad we did. Our Genesis II E-410 is the nicest grill I've ever owned! It is well worth the money! The quality and craftsmanship is very nice. Alot heavier gauge stainless steel and better quality, plus a 10 year warranty on all parts make our new Weber a great investment! And we grill often year round. Thanks Weber, Kenny L.

Excellent grill! Pros: -Heats up quickly and easily can fine tune to desired temperature. -Grill cleaning is simple as with all Webers as well as exterior stainless steel is durable and holds up to outside conditions. -Food comes out perfect without burning -Flavor catchers and internal grill are effective and easily disassemble for cleaning. -Plenty of side space on arms for prepping while being pretty mobile for a 4 burner grill. Cons: -It does burn through propane relatively fast, although I cook on four burner quite a bit with constant cleaning at end, this can be reduced when not utilizing all burners all the time, which still allows for desired grilling temp unlike many other grills. Comparable to other four burners in propane use. -This is more of an annoyance, but in ignition not all burners catch initially all the time needing to turn burner on then off second time, might just be my particular unit.

The grill is well put together and gets plenty hot when you have more than one burner on it, but is not very efficient for small batch cooking. Even when cooking just a couple burgers or steaks, you need at least two burners on so that the inside temperature gets high enough.

Had the grill for a few weeks now and love it. No frills, but that's what we wanted... just a great grill to BBQ on. A bit more expensive, but hoping it significantly outlasts the cheaper grills we've cycled through in the past.

My wife gave me this grill for my birthday almost 3 years ago, it replaced a 16 year old Weber that My neighbor ended up taking which is still going. We grill full meals 3-5 days a week on this Grill and with the cast grates this thing is unstoppable. I am really glad that Weber did away with the cross over Ignition the new Infinity Ignition has worked great for almost 3 years on 1 battery up until 2 weeks ago when 3 of the burners ignition stopped working. I replaced the battery and no go. but other than that I am sure I will get many years of service from the new design. I never did register the product a neighbor put the grill together for my birthday surprise and threw it away with the packaging but I am not worried its a Weber.

Had about five meals on the grill so far - everything is great. Cooks beautifully! If I'm going to be picky, I might ask for wheels that are not plastic. Overall, been extremely happy though!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
