Quite happy with my new grill. The extra size is awesome. Love the cast iron grates as they do a much better job searing food. My only complaint is that, for this price, it should come with a cover (which I bought separately).

Grill cooks very even throughout the grill even with high Wyoming wind. Grill is very easy to move with swivel wheels, and then locks into place preventing it to move. I really like the bottle area that weighs the bottle to indicate how much propane is left in the bottle. Very happy with my purchase!

Awesome grill. Great temperature control throughout. Weber should design a better thermometer accessory that shows the temperature on both the remote and where the device plugs into the grill shelf.

I have now had the grill 4 years and still working great. We are a total cookout family. I have taught my 11 yr old how to grill. Yes he does steaks. mine medium rare and his and his moms medium will. We cook hot dogs for lunch now with Q-19 and burgers. Too date in 2020 on our 5 tank of gas. This is my 3 Weber in 40 years and I love it. I like the open bottom as I do not have to worry about the doors and weather, moisture causing rust. I have spent the extra (worth it ) and have a full cover and also the Rotisserie when has har 4 full chicken MMMMM and 12 LBS of Pork tenderloin cut and wrapped with bacon. If you like to grill the extra burners are worth every penny and allow you to do many things at once. From full fish to cooking for 60 I love my gill. JJ son even likes how easy it cleans up. If this is too much grill make sure you get the grill with front to back as so much easier to control temperature. WEBER IS WORTH EVERY PENNY.

Only reason a 4 over a 5 is because there is a large product sticker on my grill that WILL NOT COME OFF. Pretty frustrating. Overall performance of the grill is amazing. PERFECT heat distribution front, back, and everywhere else.

Great grill, only complaint is looking fir a slightly larger side tray to put my platters full of meat as im loading up the grill. ;)

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
