I Love the way my new grill cooks. That part is amazing!!!! But!!!! There are no doors which I didn't give it any thought until my 2 dogs keep trying to get to the drip pan and have gotten burnt. The drip pan is too exposed and they can reach it too easy so they keep trying to get it. I would not purchase this model again as I would get one with doors. It does cook even and is amazing except there are no doors.

This is a wonderful grill. I bought it to replace my 16 year old Genesis grill that finally rusted completely out at the bottom. I fully expect to be able to use this grill for at least the next fifteen years as well. It is easy to clean, easy to use, and cooks very evenly on all burners. The only reason I give it a four star rating is due to the fact that I am unable to get this grill to heat up past 550 degrees F. My last Genesis heated up to around 700 degrees F. I have yet to explore what I could do (if anything) to increase its max temp but, for now, I will just get used to grilling some meats a little longer (slower). Otherwise, this grill beats every other grill in its performance and utility, hands down!

My grill - the Genesis II four burner - has never worked properly since I received it as a gift in May. I have registered online and sent a request for assistance on two different occasions but have heard nothing until receiving a request for a review! When I called customer service today they were unable to help as I didn't have the serial# with me and they were unable to access the registration completed in May. Very frustrating experience. I thought Weber was supposed to have quality products and customer service.

No side burner...came with a scratch on the side table..although they sent out a new side piece (that I had to install myself).. when I called the person I spoke with was less than eager to assist...this survey makes me not want to complete it...it keeps asking more questions

Preheat grill..temp reaches 500 degrees Put my food on it and I cant believe that it barely puts grill marks on it...my old genesis Actually GRILLED my food like my master touch charcoal grill does ...im soo disappointed...

Holds the heat pretty well. A bit pricey but well worth it so far. I cook on the grill at least twice a week year round and can't wait to try it in the winter time where I've always struggled to keep the temperature steady with other grills.

One thing I've noticed early on is that the gas flame jets get easily clogged with grease/drippings and don't always ignite as a result

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
