I've had Weber grills before and was a fan. This model (E-410) was everything I expected it to be. It also came with the bluetooth app, ensuring excellent temperature control. It appears to be pretty easily cleaned following each use, which is a positive. My girlfriend and I put it together with minimum problems. The video link for the assembly was quite helpful. The unit is the perfect size for my needs, and I'm very happy with my choice.

bought grill brand new and got it home and grill ignitor doesn't work-- can't get any support form Weber to resolve problem-everything done thru e-mails and not happy

The heating elements are powerful and the grates, knobs and all accessories are of heavy and high-quality materials. The storage shelf underneath is very useful for tools and pans.

This grill replaced a Weber Genesis Silver I had for 20 years in June. It was relative easy to assemble, but had to use warranty to replace the scratched lid and scratched side table. I received the lid quickly, but as of today am still waiting on the side table replacement (August). The grill fires up easy and do like the new starter. A let down is that the igrill accessory has been sold out and I purchased the Weber Connect (that is another review). But too bad the Weber Connect is not a universal fit to physically attach to the grill. Overall I would purchase this grill again if the grill lasts 20 years like my previous Genesis.

I've had the E-410 for about a month land I find it has a lot of features compared to my old Weber propane gas grill; however, one difference that is not better than my previous grill is the fact that the spaces on the grill grates are larger and create a issue with smaller items falling through the cracks. My son in law noticed the same problem. Using just the 'searing' side helps somewhat but I would buy an 'upgraded' grill grate with more compact surfaces if Weber would offer them.

Great grill! Was easy to put together. This was an upgrade to replace my 20+ year old genesis grill (which still works). Time will tell if the quality is the same on this new one.

We've had it 3 weeks so far. It was easy to assemble, especially with the Bilt app. The grill is easy to clean so far and the 4 burner size is perfect for what our family of 4 eats.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
