My wife got me this grill to replace a 20 yr old Weber Genesis, that still worked great, except for the supporting base, where the rotating wheel inserted in had rusted out. I had it sitting on a 2X4 for the last year or so. This one provides a greater area of cooking surface and has the flame tubes and flavor bars mounted front to back, instead of side to side. This configuration provides me with greater control regarding direct and indirect heating configurations. As i have come to expect from Weber grills, the temperature control is excellent, as is the even heating surface over the entire grilling surface. Steaks come out medium rare every time, thick cut pork chops are easily done to perfection, and the indirect heating allows ribs and roasts to be slow cooked for hours, holding a 250 degree temperature pefectly. This is the best grill i have ever owned, and i have been experimenting with new grilling adventures each week. The performance of this grill is top notch, and i look forward to another 20 years with this one.

I'm digging these enamel coated grates! When properly seasoned, it virtually non-stick. Holds temperature well. So far I've done frozen pizzas, sausage & gravy pot pies and biscuits on it as well as all the meat in my freezers due to having no electricity for almost 2 week from an inland hurricane (Derecho) that hit Iowa on 8/10/20. Everything on the deck was crushed but thankfully my new Weber, a little banged up, but worked like a charm!

The Weber Genesis ll E-410 is awesome, it grilles very evenly and no flare ups like my old BBQ. So far I'm very pleased and impressed with it.

Good propane grill. The grease drip pan which directs grease into the aluminum pan is a pain to reinstall - the slots into which you must feed the edges are hard to see without a light making replacement of the pan difficult. The only other complaint is that the propane tank holder does not allow for the curved handle that exists on many Rhino tanks. The holder will not allow the tank handle to sit down into the holder.

Great for roasting my morning coffee. Once a week the neighborhood is engulfed in the smell of freshly roasted coffee. Funny how neighbors show up for a cup now that I started roasting. Don't get me wrong, the Weber is a great BBQ. We use it for all our outdoor cooking. Even flame, easy to clean, great product.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
