Nice grill/ poor quality grill stand. Doors are made cheaply and no shelf underneath even though there is plenty of room for one.

My first grill at this price point, coming up from a Weber Genesis. Every single inch is stainless, without exception. No plastic, no cast, no aluminum, all stainless front, back, etc. The grill fires up and works as advertised. Takes a bit of time to heat up but once hot it is easy to maintain. The sear burner is overpowered for my use so far - it will sear! Good working area although I wish it had the flip up warming rack. The lighting is good, if a bit cheesy. The cart is not as solid as I was hoping. A touch of flex as you move the top or roll the cart. The assembly was not overly complicated, but you have to build every single panel. The use of pre-installed nutserts takes a horrible job with nut and bolt and turns into a simple affair once you understand the instructions. A very nice touch. You have to peel acres of SS protective sheet that really wants to stay on. The assembly instructions are in native English, but they really could have killed a few more trees to add a few pictures. A page of text and one exploded view result in some confused looks and redo work. The instructions for the rotisserie were comical at about 4 pt font. But once you get it all set up it is a beautify rig with great detail and a very classy look. It cleans pretty easy and every control feels solid with no slop. I with the control knobs had more room as all you control is between 6 and 9 o'clock. I would not say it is overbuilt given the price, but I certainly expect it to last several decades based on the use of good gauge materials and attention to detail. If the cart came assembled I'd go 6 six stars. Good instructions and some identification stickers on the pallet (literally!) of parts, I'd go 5 stars. Also, if you are in Louisiana, it arrives in about 24 hours. Really caught me off guard when the trucking company called to make sure I was home all day to receive the 18 wheeler and pallet of grill parts.

I'm not a luxury grill type guy who spends 7-15,000 and grills a few times a year. I grill almost every single day 365 days a year! The Blaze grill is the best value in grills!

Good: Grill gets super hot and I love the huge cooking area. Lighting it up literally gives me a smile every time. The Bad: a couple of the pre attached nuts that are supposed to make assembly easier spun, making them useless and worse they were impossible to work around. Thank goodness enough of them worked as designed that there seems to still be structural integrity in the grill. The ugly: The grill arrived with a broken weld on the bracket that holds the drip pan in, which is impossible to notice until after the grill is assembled. I can not imagine taking it back apart at this point so I am trying to come up with alternatives. I am contacting BBQ guys to discuss, hopefully I can just use a stainless sheet metal screw to fix.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
