Nice grill once it is assembled. I'm a Mechanical Engineer, I've worked as a Steam Plant Mechanic and an Auto Mechanic--I have mechanical skills and this grill took me 5 hours to assemble. If the stupid pictures (which are pretty, but terrible for instruction) had just showed what parts are added in each step (like Lego's do) it would have been a world better. As is you have to watch VERY closely to make sure that each step actually applies to the grill being assembled (the same set of stupid pictures are used for three different models of grill). I watched the video the web site and it was even worse than cartoons. There is a parts list, but too many parts are shown with the same nomenclature and NO pictures.
Great grill with nice features: stainless steel grates, full swivel and locking wheels, the side sear burner is great - and then there's the lighted knobs! Throw in their 15 year warranty, and it all adds up to a quality grill that I enjoy cooking on.
It has been a good grill so far. It cooks evenly. The front door does not align evenly because of the placement of the pins. They sent me a new door and it was manufactured the same way. The door arrived damaged and I contacted them but have not heard back from them.

Hi Craig, Thanks for your honest feedback. We're glad to hear the grill is cooking evenly for you, but we're sorry about the frustration with the door alignment and your replacement experience. That’s not the level of quality or service we aim to deliver, and we want to make sure this is resolved properly. If you haven’t heard back from us yet, please reach out again to your case number, and we’ll make it a priority to follow up. We appreciate you choosing Napoleon and want to make sure you’re fully satisfied with your grill. Thanks 🔧🔥
Enjoy the grill and learning all it's capabilities
Customer Service is non-existent! Grill was missing two bolts, and can not get ahold of anyone to get them. Grill may be awesome, but until I can use it, I will never know!

Thank you for reaching out. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must be to receive a grill with missing parts, and then not be able to get the support you need. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide. We have had a high volume of calls which is resulting in long wait times or the inability to get through to an agent. We recommend you reach out through the link below, which will go directly to our support team, or alternatively using the chat function found on our website. We’d like to make this right! Thank you for your patience and hope to get you grilling soon. https://www.napoleon.com/en/ca/barbecues/support/warranties/warranty-claim
Very Nice Stainless Steel Grill. The size is great for a small outside deck. The grill does require a quick wipe down to keep finger prints off.
I received the Rogue Pro for a discount from Napoleon for testing. I started my search for a new BBQ 3yrs ago. After doing hours of research each year (articles/videos) between Napoleon & the other big brand, I decided that I wanted another Napoleon (my other being the travel BBQ - which we love). I wanted something that gave me a great grilling experience, some nice features & looked sleek - without costing too much & would give me the comfort of a company that stands behind their products (ex. 15yr warranty). The reason I didn't make the purchase last year was that the original Rogue had the smaller infrared side burner but I wanted the bigger one without having to upgrade to the Phantom or Prestige. But in 2025 everything changed, they released the Rogue Pro, which has the bigger side infrared burner . Again after doing some more research on the new Rogue Pro, I'm very EXCITED to say I bought one only a few weeks after they were released. I got the black version which looks very sharp. My last bbq of 20yrs had cast iron grates & so does the Rogue Pro which I'm thrilled about - you cant beat the flavour & heat retention. I use the new larger dual height side burner for searing or reducing sauces to pour on meats/fish after grilling for that added flavour… it's also adjustable so I'm in full control of the temperature - so it's not always at the highest searing temperature. The main grills are able to hold a constant temperature, as this is very important to me to get the best cook results & this BBQ over delivers in this area I can do it with the burners at the lower end - saving $$ on gas. All burners light so effortlessly. I've gone from BBQing on weekends to 4-5 days a week. we even use it to complement week night kitchen cooking for some of the dishes (grilled peaches to add to a salad, pan grilling fish). The side shelves are big enough to hold my grilling tools & containers all at once - no need to choose between them anymore. The Rogue Pro is also very easy to roll around considering the weight of the BBQ. All 4 wheels can be locked firmly - so it will stay where I want it. Lastly I went with the Rogue BBQ cover - this is the first BBQ cover I've purchased that is literally "tailored" perfectly for this BBQ …. It fits like a glove & I really recommend it. I think they use silicone for the side air vents which look and feel really nice to keep the new "family member" protected. #thrilledwithmynewgrill

The side burner is terrific! My ribeyes were fantastic! Wish I could smoke some meats or put brackets in the grill.
If you are looking for a cool looking grill with great functions, this is it!
I was about to buy a new grill and was given a Rogue PRO 425 to test from Napoleon. Incredible grill! I have been cooking on different gas grills for 35 years and had seriously looked at the Rogue PRO but given most stores in my area carry every brand but Napoleon, I was probably going to go with an alternative. The grill arrived on schedule in a well-packaged box weighing about 125 lbs. I was pretty excited to begin putting it together and start grilling. To my disappointment, I found the directions to be the weakest part of the assembly process. I am mechanically inclined and don't shy away from DIY projects, but the directions could use more details or perhaps a QR code that links to a YouTube video for the specific model you are assembling. Overall, assembly took me about 2.5 hours, and I opted to use some "ThreadLocker" on the screws to ensure they don't loosen over time. Once assembled, I was pleased to see how sturdy the grill actually is and how easy it was to move from the front porch, where I assembled it, through the house to the back deck. It rolls very easily and did not wobble or loosen as I moved it around. Propane gas hook-up was easy, and the gas bottle and shut-off valve are easy to access. However, the biggest pleasant surprise was how easy it was to light. Simply turning the big knob followed by a single click and the grill was on, and lighting the other two burners had the same result. I actually turned it on and off a few times because I was so pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to light, easier than my kitchen range. Huge win on this in my opinion, as it's been a source of frustration with my previous grill. Cooking - I have been skeptical of all grill manufacturers, given my experience, that there are always parts of the grill that run hotter or cooler, and there is a learning curve for knowing this. I decided to try burgers first to understand this grill's nuances and see if there were any cool spots. I preheated the grill to about 600 degrees, which did not take long. Then I put eight 6-oz burgers on it, allowing them to come to room temperature for an hour before cooking. To my great surprise, each burger came off the grill at the same time, at about the same temperature, regardless of cooking location, registering between 123 and 127 degrees. Pleasant surprise indeed. With this level of confidence, I have cooked different steaks on one side of the grill, accompanied by sausages or veggies on the other, and being able to reliably control the level of heat below the food was a very nice surprise. In addition, I have cooked pork burgers, tenderloin, chops, and a loin roast, lamb without the massive flame-ups I typically experience, and fish, including salmon, swordfish, tuna, and many different kinds of veggies, all with very reliable and consistent results. The greatest compliment I can give is that the grill is consistent and has minimal, if any, variation in grill temperature across the grill, and it provides the ability to cook meat on one side and veggies on the other that need less direct heat. My wife loves the sear marks that were aspirational on my other grill. I could not get this consistently on my other gas grill; providing sear marks on steaks or swordfish makes the food look so much better. After cooking on this for about 3+ weeks, I would not hesitate to give this grill a 5-star review (other than the assembly directions). I would buy this grill without hesitation, and my cooking experience with it has been fantastic. It is a high-quality product with consistent cooking results and minimal temperature variation. The searing station works as advertised. I am still trying to see how best to use it besides adding a sear to meats that I sous vide beforehand. I need to do more exploration on this. To provide the reader with a sense of my BBQ cooking styles, I have a charcoal grill, a pellet smoker, a Napoleon Rogue PRO 425 SIB, and a similar-sized gas grill that I will be giving away. Great product, works as advertised, I was not disappointed.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
