Great looking grill. The main grill works wonderful, however I cannot get the infrared burner at the top to light.

Fairly easy to assemble Grill cooks even and heats up extremely fast. Beautiful and weber service team was helpful in expediting shipment. As with anything, the older models were built much sturdier pertainingto framing. But this new Summit Review for Summit® FS38 S Gas Grill (Liquid Propane) Summit® FS38 S has all the bells and whistles to impress. Thoroughly happy with this new Weber.

I love this grill! I have used the rotisssarie, burner, wok station and grilled. MY only complaint is that installing the propane tank on the scale is not easy and if you aren't strong enough itmight be impossible( I do love the gauge,though).

I did alot of research on grills prior to this purchase. The Summit grill with the added attachments is simply the Best. I love the griddle, The Wok and steamer are also fantastic. Looking forward to using the Rotisserie and smoker box. Fantastic Grill.

Took me over 15 hours to clean the glue off the grill they used to paste down protective cover all over the stainless lid and side tables. I was surprised that the smoker box floats around the top of the grill. My prior Summit smoker box was built in the grill and sat close to a burner bar giving me great control of how much smoke and when it is produced. Now it will be a learning curve to get this working as close as I can to the older smoker box.

Worst customer service. For the amount that these grills cost, you would think the company would do a better job with basics. My grill came with missing parts and over 1 month later they still won't send the missing parts despite multiple calls and emails. Returning and never buying again.

So far so good. Replaced my 20 YO summit with a new one. On the surface it looked like I was buying down from my existing Summit. I STAND CORRECTED! This is an excellent grill. Well constructed with plenty of features. Still trying out all the features. I enjoy this grill and look forward to its continued use.
Questions & Answers
We would not suggest trying to lift the Weber Summit by the the side shelves since they are not permanently installed.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
