I really enjoyed my new Weber performer charcoal grill. This is my third Weber grill that I purchased. My performer grill doesn't have gas assisted charcoal lighting feature, but I am fine with that. I used charcoal chimney starter and that is very easy. I like a large table with a lot of room for your food. The briquette holders are great if you want to do indirect grilling. The built in charcoal bin is great to hold a bag of charcoal. Things to improve: Weber should include a grill cover. The metal frame that hold the bin in place is flimsy. I recommend Weber direct digital wifi/Bluetooth meat thermometer. It's a great way to keep track of your meat and grill temperature while you are grilling.

I bought mine years ago and I still enjoy it like a new toy. It makes using a charcoal grill so easy I have replaced the ignition switch once in 7 years not bad its the boss!

Assembly was very straight forward a picture format and a booklet to follow. Its been many years since using a charcoal grill, but with information supplied, it was very easy to get the right heat pattern and our first steak meal was as expected. Should have purchased years ago.

So far, this grill is great. For the previous 10 years, I've used a standalone Weber kettle. Cleaning the ash out was a hassle and having to use a separate table to hold food was inconvenient. This grill solved those issues with the integrated cart and the one touch ash catcher system. I glued a rare earth magnet inside the charcoal bin to hold a lighter so all my stuff is together and ready to go.

This grill is well built and easy to use. It makes grilling a breeze. I have owned a Weber charcoal grill for over 50 years and this one is by far, the best. If your in the market, this is the only way to go!

Only issue I had was the bottom storage grate was bent. Not a shipping issue. 3 pound hammer fixed it.

So far I'm very much enjoying my new charcoal grill. It was easy to put together and very sturdy build. Really like the heavy duty grates and the ability to remove the center and the flip up sides. Makes for such easy access to the coals. The coal baskets are also a real winner. Keeps the coals isolated and gives me a great ability to create hot and cool zones in my grill. All in all I am very happy with my grill. Looking forward to many long years of bbq with it.

This new grill has exceeded my expectations. After switching to propane 20 years ago simply for convenience of use, I realized I am not satisfied with the missing flavor of a charcoal grill. After some research and talking with friends that are serious grilles the choice became obvious. In fact with chimney starters and the nice side table this model has really made me fall in love with grilling again. My only challenge is my imagination.

Solid build. Large table for my use. Didn't think I would use the charcoal storage, bit I like it. Was missing the bolt for the mechanism to hold the charcoal bin, but minor.

This has been one of my favorite purchases of all time! It is the best grill I have ever owned and I was able to smoke a beautiful brisket for the first time in my life.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
