22" doesn't necessarily sound big, it is huge. My grill did not come with a charcoal grate, but at 9pm on a Thursday, Weber took my call, asked for my serial number (and helped me locate it) and shipped out a replacement that arrived in time for a perfect weekend to grill despite the strange Maryland weather in February. I bought a third party grill grate that I like a lot more than the one that came with the grill, but that is a personal preference. Assembly was easy; it took me 20 minutes to unbox and put together.

It is a breeze to cook in this grill, from Hamburguers to pull pork and steaks, very simple and satisfying way to cook your food they way you want it. It is a well designed product achieving the quality standards that consumers are looking nowadays. To compliment my trust in this brand, now I have also a Original Premium Kettle and smokey joe

I love webber grills, I had two a peopane and a Charcoal grill I had to move out of state after my husband died. I had to sell them. I couldn't afford to buy two again so I opted for the Charcoal grill like I had. I live Webber grills!

perfect size for a mid size family... being able to move it easily helps with storing it. place to put plates sauces.... would give it a 5 star but it takes awhile to clean

This is my third Webber performer premium, and probably my 10th Charcoal Webber since the 80's. The thing I was surprised about was the table. I was sure I wouldn't like it but it is much better then the earlier composite tables because it looks great and is easy to seep clean. I will say customer service has become a challenge. If I needed something in the old days, I'd call or write and they would send me a part. Now, I wrote to no less then five customer service people and went through a litany of questions and provide proof of purchase before I could get the screw that was missing. I'll always be a Webber charcoal guy and this will probably be my last one until they move me into the old folks home. I usually get ten years out of these with good care and buying the quality covers. Lastly, I'm not a fan of the new two piece grill surface. Why one would remove the center part is a mystery to me.

This was a replacement for my similar 2003 grill that finally rusted out where the ash cup attached to the bowl. The grill is the same high quality I am used to seeing and the cart seems well designed, although the table is a little shorter than my old one. I'm not sure yet how I feel about the new grill arrangement since I don't plan on removing the circle; I can see it getting in the way of my spatula as I turn a bunch of burgers. My chief complaint at the moment is wishing the charcoal bucket easily lifted out for pouring into the grill. Overall, I give this grill a 4 out of 5 and encourage Weber to focus on features that make it easier to grill meat; fancy flexibility is nice but turning out excellent meat is what a Weber is all about.

The best charcoal grill I have ever owned. Buy the adapter ring for the rotisserie setup. A big thx to Weber for warranting my cleaner setup.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
