Customer Reviews
Great layout and a huge upgrade from the standard stand alone 22" kettle grill with this roll around table arrangement. We love it and you will too!

The quality seems to have deteriorated since I bought my first Performer 12 years ago. Per customer service big globs in the porcelain in the inside of the bowl is normal now.

Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear your disappointment but yet understand the concerns with your new Performer grill. The lids and bowls of our charcoal kettles are coated in porcelain enamel. Porcelain enamel is essentially baked on glass, which is very different than paint. If the porcelain enamel has become damaged, replacing the affected part is the only solution. Here at Weber, we stand by the quality of our products and cover them under great warranties. Our goal is to have you love our products just as much as we do. Our kind Support team would like to follow up with you. Please be on the lookout for an email, thank you!
We haven't yet BBQ'd on the new grill due to the rain we are having this weekend. It was relatively easy to put together and it looks great on our patio. Can't wait to fire it up next week!

Easy to assemble and use. It replaces my 10 year old Weber grill. This grill has a heavier grate with multiple configurations. It heats up quicker (better air flow?) and the ash container is much easier to remove and install. All plus… no minus.
Prior to purchasing this grille I did a lot of research and majority of the people that purchase a weber grille is very Happy on all different age bracket . I could have purchase a cheaper grille which I did in the pass and these grills did not hold up and I just got tired of putting out the flames and waiting for the food to be grilled and so forth . I used my Weber for the first time and my chicken turned delicious and I was amazed at its performance and the peace of mind that this grille makes barbecuing exciting and I will recommend this grille to neighbors ,friends .'Weber is the WAY TO GO !!!

Use this at least once weekly and I love it. Totally worthy the money.
The table has screws that aren't flush with the surface so you hit them with plates a lot even tho the screws are placed in the corners. The charcoal bin says it holds a 35 pound bag but I can't get a 20 pound bag to fit. The timer? Who uses a timer over a thermometer on a grill?? It's useless. The bottom shelf isn't bolted in so trying to fit that 35 pound bag of charcoal took it off the tracks. Same with the bin itself, it doesn't stay closed a stiff breeze will blow it open when empty and there's no lock it's literally just set in some tracks and you tie a chain to it so it doesn't fall completely out of the table assembly. The grill grate can't just be placed into the drum because, again, more exposed bolts that get in the way so you have to manuever the grill grate into place. The setup was challenging too because the instructions don't tell you that some of the parts need to be put a certain way but they're not labeled like "this is the front" "this is the back" type of thing. This product is absolutely terrible and I would never buy it again. The only positive I can say is that the lighter mechanism is convenient especially when it's windy out but you have to turn the gas on and off every time you can't just walk up and light it like a gas grill always does.

Thank you for your feedback. We will be sure to share this with our team for consideration. Our team wants to learn more about your experience with the bottom rack and the cooking grate. Please look for an outreach email from us soon. Thank you!
I've had a Performer for 15 years. Ive used it probably 4 days a week on average. It gas been a faithful beast, but is starting to succumb to heat, usage and the elements. I wont consider any grill but a Weber to replace it. So glad they went to the hammer finish metal table. A huge improvement over the old, absorbant, plastic composite top.

When I purchased this grill, it arrived without a charcoal grate and storage bin had a hole in it. Emily at customer service immediately replied to my review and promptly remedied the situation. I am extremely pleased with the level of support and dedication that Weber representatives provide to their customers. This is why I choose weber over all other brands.
We ordered this grill as a gift for a friend. For the price, we mistakenly thought we were getting the grill with the propane ignition. We mistook the timer on the front of the grill for the place to attach a propane bottle. Our mistake. The grill was a bit complicated to assemble, however once assembled it works great. Weber might want to look into finding another freight carrier as it took over a week longer than promised for the grill to arrive, and it was only delivered after multiple phone calls to the carrier. The online tracking system did not update once the grill left the Weber facility. Overall, extremely poor delivery service.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
