For the first 35 years, we enjoyed our original Weber Kettle grill. When that one that one finally died, we went to a gas Weber, and enjoyed the convenience of it, but missed the original's smokey flavor. Now that I'm retired, we went back to the original (with all of it's improvements) and LOVE it! You just can't duplicate the taste and flavor of charcoal.

Ordered and it was supposed to arrive 4/29/24…………5/4/24 and I'm still waiting. Hopefully this is the only hiccup, been excited to upgrade to a Weber, will update when it arrives.

Love the table space and stability of the performer. You can never have too much counter space! Like the fact that it rolls also.

The best charcoal grill I have ever had! Still looks new and the frame is in great shape. Most of the wear and tear comes from my use, which is 3 to 4 times a week during the summer. I can even smoke ribs and pork butts on this grill, easy to set up and use as a smoker. This grill is good for small and big cooks and all the extras come in handy. The table is fantastic and the charcoal bin makes it easy to restock.

I was surprised by how much damage the grill had as i removed it from the box. Both wheel hubs were cracked and both front and rear panels were so damaged and bent that i couldn't bend them back to try to assemble the grill. Still waiting on the rear panel 2 plus weeks ! Called customer service and found out that it was still in the warehouse. So frustrating considering we live in palatine and the factory is located in Huntley Illinois. Not the company it wad when it was still owned by the founder and hus family. Feel like quality is going downhill. Not sure i will purchase or recommend to others

I've had many grills in the past. I would have to say that this Weber Performer is one of, if not the best grills I've ever had. I use it every weekend providing the weather allows it. I love everything about it and I am completely happy with it. It is my favorite grill!

I've been cooking on a Weber kettle for as long as I can remember and about 18-years ago my family bought me a performer Premium. Always been a physical fuel guy so about 2-years ago I bought a 22" Weber smoker too (also have a little Weber Smokey Joe for camping). My performer has never let me down. One of the caster brake locks snapped but that has been the only thing that has gone wrong. I also have a "Smokenator" smoker insert for it with a water dish and and the rotisserie ring and motor. This thing does it all. Between, ribs, steak, pork shoulder, fish, stuffed jalapenos, burgers, brisket, dogs, corn, carne asada, grilled veggies, etc. etc. etc., This thing has never let me down. And the briquette storage is great to keep your fuel dry and available.

My lid doesn't fit well and smoke leaks out of lid seal. The anchor in the leg support was broken when I opened the box and the parts didn't fit together well. I had to bend parts to force holes to line up. The box was missing instructions and 1 Weber install guide online didn't show all the steps resulting in having leftover parts. I had to disassemble and find a different guide from the Weber website. Overall grill works as described but disappointed in the initial quality. I would have returned for another one, but the grill it was replacing was completely broken and nobody carries this model at stores so I would of had to wait on shipping again.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
