I absolutely love my new Weber 22" Grill. It's been many years since I used charcoal, but since my self caused accident with my propane Weber Genius 3-burner grill I have developed a fear of propane. I have grilled on my new grill with great results each time. Food tastes better and cooks more evenly.

Worst experience ever! Purchased grill for my husbands birthday. Never came. Called it was lost in the wear-house. Cancled order after it being late and them not being able to find the iteam. Was told I'd be refunded in 3 to 6 days. Still has not happened and it is almost 2 weeks from that date. Ordered the grill on Aug 19th aprox. Still no grill and still no money. No calls no apology. Unacceptable! Next call to the better business beuro.

I've owned what I believe to be a 1st generation Weber Performer for somewhere around 30 years. The years finally caught up, and it was time to replace. I'm a charcoal guy, and I wouldn't consider another brand.

An already great grill made better with the addition of a well designed cart. Easy to assemble and maintain using the built in ash cleanup pan. Lower and upper vent adjustments allow for easy temperature control when cooking. Charcoal baskets included for creating heat zones for searing or rotisserie cooking. Well built, long standing design will provide years of grilling pleasure. Weber is the standard for reliable, quality grills.

I always wondered why this thing was so popular! Once i decided to do further research, I found that it is extremely versatile and can cook so many different things in so many different ways. On top of that, since Weber has been renowned for quality and longevity, I considered it a sound investment, so I had to go for it. I'm only a couple of cooks in, but my results have already blown away my previous grill so I have no doubt that I will get many many years of satisfaction from it.

Horrible, Cheap, don't waste your money. Purchased this and it went back the same day. It's cheap plastic and easily dented and scratched metal, the screw holes strip, the metal frame was bent so it wouldn't fit. Contacted customer service to never receive a response but we ended up taking it back that same day, so I guess it doesn't matter that they never contacted us. This is not worth the money, not even close. We got a standard Weber instead, the original, which is fine. I expect high quality from Weber and was specifically seeking out a Weber grill with a table attachment but charcoal, and was very excited to find this only to have it be a giant disappointment.

I recently purchased the Performer Grill. I am a charcoal guy, not interested in propane grilling. This is my fourth Weber Grill. I started many years ago in the original kettle design. My third grill was a predecessor of the Performer. It came with the attached side table work space. I used that grill for years, and took it to our cabin when we bought it eight years ago. Finally got around to buying a new grill for our home. This is a nice step up from my last grill. The cover mounted thermometer is nice, and so is the timer. I bought a cover to fit the grill and keep it out of the rain. If you prefer charcoal over propane, you gotta check this one out.

The every man's grill. It's the Swiss Army knife of grilling. Sear steaks, smoke brisket, bake pizza, rotisserie chickens..... all for a very reasonable price. It's lasted for decades for a reason.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
