Love this grill. I cook on this thing almost everyday. You couldn't ask for better temp control. I've grilled everything from brisket to pizza. If you don't own one you are missing out folks.

Unfortunately the grill came damaged in the box. The metal shelf was bent and cannot be secured properly. We wrote immediately to Weber. This was a month ago and as yet we have heard nothing from the company other than that our complaint was received. This is not okay. This a replacement for the same model we had for over 15 years. Sadly the quality and customer service seem to have slipped. All we need is a replacement shelf that is not warped. But this appears too much for Weber to handle.

I have purchased the same configuration of my 30 year old Weber I received for a Father's Day gift. Don't mess with perfection this is a unit you can bank on. New lid thermostat helps get that temperature where it is needed.

Cooking is easy with even heating area. There is a great seal in the lid which allows you to close the top and bottom vents to put out the charcoal quickly. This allows the charcoal to be reused and not wasting them.

i have three weber grilles charcoal two little smokies and this performer the performer will not keep heat . i have tried all i can and it falls off and wont come back

Very pleased with this grill. The side table exceeded my expectations— very high quality (not plastic like some other brands). The grill works great as a grill and I have been very pleased in how it can maintain low temperatures as a smoker using the "snake" method.

My mother bought this for my early birthday gift and it has definitely lived up to my expectations. I have used it every weekend since it's arrival and am looking forward to using it for many years to come.

I love this grill. This is my first grill and I highly recommend it. I have grilled just about every weekend since I got it. It was easy to put together. I like the side table for extra cook space. This is the best purchase for outside cooking.

To get 5 stars something has to be great in every area. Don't get me wrong, I love this grill, except for one feature. The ash catcher is difficult to remove. I'm not lacking in hand strength and maybe its this particular grill but, it takes quite a bit of hand strength to squeeze the handle and remove the catcher. Enough so that I find it to be very aggravating to use.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
