The grill is very good. In particular I like the charcoal storage bin. The included timer is silly in this time of almost everybody having a smart phone with a built in timer. It could have used a handle on the end near the bin since there is no comfortable place to hold onto when moving the grill around. However, overall it'ss really good grill and I highly recommend it.

Excellent design. And the customer support service deserves 5 stars. During assembly we discovered a broken part. A quick call to the helpline and a replacement arrived!

Overall great design. Quality is lacking. Been using it for a few months. the paint on the inside of kettle cover completely flaked off. Table is showing some slight rusting, even though I use a cover and it's never left out in the elements. Tried calling because one of the plastic brackets that hold the frame together broke and need a replacement which I will pay for. Held for over an hour, gave up. Emailed multiple times, no response. I know pandemic has caused issues but I still should have received a response. Waiting for response for about 5 weeks...but I keep getting the marketing emails.

I received my Performer Premium Charcoal Grill 22" for Father's Day, along with an IGrill 2, and an Omaha Steak King Cut Bone In 3 lb. Ribeye. Grilled the steak to perfection. I have been wanting to get away from propane for a long time. I am very satisfied with this grill. Very easy to control the temperature for indirect heat with the help of the iGrill 2 thermometer.

This thing is amazing. I had a Weber Q I bought when it first came out 15 years ago. After using my son's Weber King Ranch for a couple of months, I decided to buy this. I really like the ash catcher feature and the one touch vent control. The frame is solid, and the table is extremely handy.

I love this grill! It has a charcoal bin, ash collector and a timer. I got the Weber chimney that makes lighting the charcoal easy. I've just ordered the vegetable cast iron pan.

A legendary grill. A large work station. A safe, dry spot to hold briquettes. Awesome. I purchased this as an "upgrade" from my original kettle, and I LOVE it! Note for my fellow left-handed folks - this grill is made for right-handed people. It takes a little getting used to but the setup makes the process of grilling quick and efficient.

Weber continues to produce quality grilling products which provide greatly cooked meals. I have the Weber Performer Premium Charcoal Grill and it performs excellent. It is versatile and a pleasure to grill on. I highly recommend it for new and seasoned grillers.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
