I've only used the grill about a dozen times but so far it's great, best charcoal grill out there! Would also like to say one of the parts was damaged during shipping of the the grill, I contacted Weber and a couple days later I had a replacement part, great customer service!

This is an awesome grill and setup. I only gave it 4 stars tho because the cover tie down is just about worthless. There is only 1 Velcro attachment and it's on a rear leg. The cover will blow off almost every time it gets windy.

Coming from a small off brand kettle grill, this was a wonderful upgrade. I enjoy having a place for the lid and grill that isn't the ground. The prep table is light years above the wooden TV tray I used to use. The charcoal lights easily in the two trays I used for the chicken. Having a way to adjust the opening for air and a thermometer to know the temp inside the grill is fantastic. The ledge for the grill is wide enough that having meat on one side doesn't tip all my food into the coals. Then when I'm ready to turn the meat, all my tools have a hook and are easily accessible. All in all I'm incredibly happy.

Well built, sturdy, the cooking grate is high quality. I love the storage bin as well. With the lock down casters it makes the grill secure from rolling but if I need to move it, it is very easy to do. Looking forward to many years of cooking on my Performer.

I switched from a kettle-style to the Performer Premium. I'm still getting used to the round shape... It's a great grill... Really holds heat well... Relatively easy to assemble, but interpreting the pics on the instructions was a challenge... Well worth the price and highly recommended for charcoal cooks.

The Grill is compact and very functional. I enjoy the ease of not having to put the lid on the ground, now, I just slide it to the side. The new grill grate is a super addition and adds a new dimension to grilling.

I really enjoy cooking on the Weber performer grill. It's my go to for hamburgers and steaks. I really enjoy the side table as it makes preparing food really easy.

Great grill! I love it!! All the ash is collected in the bottom for easy removal and clean up! So many features I haven't even tried, yet this charcoal grill is great as far as I am concerned.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
