| The Real Thing!Bought a competitor's product last year, that turned out to be a complete lemon - 30*C variance. Went in for this beauty and it has been a delight to use - works fantastically! Have done several cooks on this grill - from ease of operation, quality of grill grates, rotisserie operation. This is the absolute best. Recently had an issue with my ignitor - their customer service is INCREDIBLE! In a few days I had replacement parts shipped.
