The 30-inch Smokin Cajun Grill is the epitome of versatility, allowing you to slow cook / smoke at 200 degrees or sear / grill with surface temperatures up to 750 degrees on the same grill. This unique propane gas grill utilizes an indirect flame source in which no flames enter the cooking chamber; instead the two burners are located beneath the grill and pump heat in, eliminating flare-ups. Cook for the whole family using the spacious 540 square inches of cooking area! Features a self-igniting wood chip tray for smoking and liquid pans for moistening foods with flavor enhancers such as orange juice, apple juice or even beer. Made with heavy gauge carbon steel, this grill comes with removable side shelves that double as heat trays as well as a front shelf with utensil holder. Monitor temperatures more accurately with the included 3-inch easy read thermometer with long stem. You can easily store your grill when not in use with the two solid rubber wheels and two swivel castor wheels with locks. The stainless steel grilling grids are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.

Good if there is no wind.Been using this about a dozen times. Cooks food really well. Smoking is a bit challenging. This unit eats the gas! Make sure there is no wind as it blows the flame out quite readily. I literally had to sit beside it and relight every 30 sec or so for a rack of ribs to get done. Grill will RustI had issues with my grill rusting and kept it covered and it has been under a covered porch. Pictures are attached. I thought buying this grill it would last longer and not rust out as compared to other grills. I was wrong | Was This Helpful? |
