I have had Weber grillS throughout my life and none of them live up to the performance and durability of the PK. Like most grills, the price is tough to swallow at first, until you realize that you will not have to buy a replacement grill...ever. Perfect for grill junkies and novice users alike. The grill is as sophisticated as you want it to be, which is the main part of its charm. Worth every penny.

This grill is a very efficient smoker and grill and I have been able to make great ribs, pulled pork, brisket and chicken, as well as steaks and burgers.

I have a P/K GRILL that my dad bought about 45 yrs ago. I might replace the cart someday, but I think the grill will be around in 200 yrs and still look good. Only replaced the grates. Top grate is hinged so you can add charcoal w/o removing it. Genius Top and bottom vents allow versatility of air flow. Cool!

This is by far the best grill I have ever seen! I bought my PK from a friend of mine in 1981 for $20.00. I don\'t think he had any idea what he had. But something told me to buy it and I\'m sure glad I did. My wife and I were married in 1981 and it\'s the only grill we\'ve ever owned or used. All I\'ve ever replaced were the top and bottom grills a few times. That\'s an extremely small price to pay for what you get in return. I love my grill and I use it every week.

This is without a doubt the best charcoal grill I have ever seen! It originally belonged to a family friend in Kansas by the name of Virgil. When he passed away 30+ years ago I went to Kansas and got his grill. Throught the years I have replaced the interior top grill and the bottom charcoal grill a few times. It still works great!!!!!!!!

A friend gave me this grill in 1985. Yes in 1985. I\'ve cooked on all kinds. Whether gas or charcoal, none can compare. Just finished using it and even without the charcoal grate it still works great. I just found out I can order new grates and will do so.

Ok, I have both, the PK Grill and the BGE. I use both, but my favorite is the PK because of how easy it is to use. I can cook both direct and indirect at the same time, can\'t do that with the BGE. Now, the BGE has it uses, great for long (20hr) cooking, but most often, I cook for shorter times than that. I bought one for my son for his birthday... HE LOVES IT!!! We use the PK alot more often than the BGE.

My father has cooked on a PK for over 45 years! He gave one to my husband and me for our birthdays...we LOVE it! Sometime later, my husband walked into a local hardware store that was going out of business and purchased not one, but two PKs for a steal! I suspect that the owners had no idea what they had! We gave one to my father and kept one...so we both now have two! The hottest thing among our friends is \"that green grill\", but several of them are now envious of our \"portable\" grill. He take it tailgating and camping with ease!This grill is truly indestructable AND cooks to perfection! You have to really try to mess soemthing up!

Love my PK Grill. I can smoke anything on it and the temp control is the answer. It\'s air tight because of the way its made. Just cook on it a few times and learn the 8 controls and you will be amazed. I love to take it on the road on vacation, camping or hunting because it breaks down and requires very little space. I put the grill part in a big black leaf bag by lifting it off it\'s stand and then breaking down the four legs. It takes about 5 minutes and can fit into your trunk if you don\'t have a truck. I have an annual canoe float trip and the PK fits into my canoe and never misses a trip plus the smoked trout, burgers or steaks make the float great. Thanks, Tom McBee LR, Arkansas

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
