I bought this almost a year ago and couldn't be much happier. Only issues were igniter wire crushed between cook box and panel at factory which I found and repaired. It caused an issue with all burners, none would ignite. Also side burner igniter has never worked. Sparks but won't light burner. I submitted a claim and received a new wire. They called it a kit. Still not lighting so I have to use a bbq lighter on side burner. Not a big deal, but on a brand new premium grill it is disappointing. Grills perfectly and build quality is great

We have purchased a number of Broil King BBQ's and accessories for family and friends over the years. A very good friend Andrew Dennett of Broil King now departed:( was very instrumental in us making good choices and options to have on the BBQ's. I have a rotisserie and ceramic burner on my Baron and I love this so much and enjoy the fact that the unit heats sooo well.

Before our Broul King we had a Napoleon BBQ, we're so happy we made the switch. Our food cooks evenly and tastes so much better, also seems to taste so much better.

I have owned a Broil King for many years and have tried other products but they just don't compare to the tireless design and features that have made broil king the best. The Baron 490 pro is again an example of the tireless quality that you would expect from a manufacture ever and it appears that again Broil king is the King of BBQ's

Bought my Baron 490 Pro last year to replace my old grill from another manufacturer. After doing a considerable amount of research, I found this model had the perfect intersection of warranty, features and price, plus the all-black look of the cookbox was just too cool. I can cook just about anything I want on this grill, from rifling off a mess of burgers for when family comes to visit, to making my famous (at least to my kids) grilled seasonal veggie and sausage pasta. And that's not even considering what the rotisserie can do! I've cooked whole chickens, prime rib, and all kinds of various pork roasts to absolute perfection with the included rotisserie. The Baron 490 Pro is easy to use, easy to clean, easy to look at, and is easily the best grill I've ever owned!

I had other less expensive no name brands before. I did not think the difference was that big but it is. This is certainly a step above. The flavor wave grill give the food enough of a flame that get tamed in an instance with enough time to make the meat nice and tender. The rotisserie is certainly an added bonus that I have yet to try. The LEDs on the knobs give the BBQ and nice tough at night. Really well done!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
