Introducing the newly designed GENESIS E-325s grill that allows you to prep, sear, and serve everything outside, where the party is. The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. Once the food is ready, easily transfer it to the large prep & serve table, making for a seamless prep-to-serve grilling experience. The grease management system got a facelift as well: the removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure.

Upon getting this grill my kids (9 and 10 year olds) helped me unpackaged and get everything sorted to make it easy to build. There is a lovely app to help you build but I opted for the paper booklet which was super easy to follow. It took a couple of hours to put this together with them handing me parts and helping screw in pieces. Overall, a very easy grill to put together if you read the instructions. My husband and I turned it on and let it burn off that new appliance smell and burn off whatever else could have been on it from the factory. This grills temp can get super high. We started by cooking burgers (obviously not at that high of a temp) and they turned out to be the best homemade burgers we've ever had. The heat was uniform and cooked them so perfect without burning. We didn't use the app for these. We did however use the app to keep an eye on my steak a few nights later. It was thicker and we put the thermometer in it to track the temp. That was much better than standing out in the cold. My husband has a thinner t-bone that he just wanted to sear both sides quickly. The sear option worked wonderfully for him as it seared perfectly and when he let his steak rest it was exactly how he planned it. My kids wanted to try some bbq chicken breast and I ended up grilling the breast and than using the aluminum tray the grill came with to add the bbq sauce and continue grilling. I cant mess up this pretty grill quite yet with bbq sauce. Next on the list is Kabobs. Im sure they will turn out wonderfully. I like how the grill has a separate section for searing and regular grilling. It has the upper level for the slower cooking foods. There is so much room on here. I can not wait til it gets warmer and we can have a get together and really get this Weber grill going! I recommend because there is a function for everyone and whether you want to sit in your nice warm house and watch your app or sit outside, thesis the grill for you.

A little confusing to put together at first but once I realized we were starting upside down everything went smooth. Great grill. Lights quickly and heats up quickly. Nice cooking surface. I highly recommend this grill.

I was very happily surprised at just how well this grill was made. Every connection and weld is rock solid and you can tell that the investment in this grill is more than worth it! The smart integration with my iPhone allows me to monitor my grilling by time and food temp, as well as the amount of fuel that I have remaining (based on the weight of the tank). Integrated, internal grill lights and lighted controls makes grilling at night a welcomed experience. It also preforms exceptional well in both cold and wind - I used this grill once at 23 F with 40-50mph winds and the temp didn't waiver! Weber also produces a long line of compatible accessories that are not only compatible, but directly integrate with the grill. From the flat top to the grilling basket and the pizza stone, one grill offers the convenience of allowing you to be creative all in a single platform. The grill comes at a price point, and the additional accessories are additional, but I feel it's an investment that will pay for itself in many, many years of enjoyable grilling experiences.

LOVE!!! my new Weber Genesis E-325a, used it every week since purchase and very happy with the features and quality. The sear section is great for finishing steaks and the keep warm drop down feature is very cool and useful. It looking pretty bada@@ doesn't hurt either.

Excellent grill. We had a 2008 Genesis E 310 that worked wonderfully. Weber was always great in helping with replacement parts, many of which were replaced free of charge under warranty. So when it finally wore totally out we got a new 2022 E-325. It is a good bit larger, which we did not realize but still fits our space and grills beautifully. Like the new system of burners going horizontally better than the old vertical, makes it easier to have a cooler side to move food over to.

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
