Introducing the newly designed GENESIS E-325s grill that allows you to prep, sear, and serve everything outside, where the party is. The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. Once the food is ready, easily transfer it to the large prep & serve table, making for a seamless prep-to-serve grilling experience. The grease management system got a facelift as well: the removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure.
Updated Control Panel: Cleaner Look, Better Precision
Looks aren't everything, but they sure help. The newly designed Weber GENESIS E-325s gas grill sports a revamped control panel, starting with a slight angle for modern aesthetics and ease of use. The burner knobs follow suit, swapping the plastic construction from Weber Genesis II for metallicized knobs that lend a premium feel, not to mention greater durability. As a bonus, each knob is notched with small-spaced tick marks for more precise flame control. That brings us to the T-bar handle, which is shaped for easy gripping, opening, and closing from any angle. And speaking of angles, the T-handles 90-degree corners enhance the modern look of Weber GENESIS gas grills.

Weber increased the height of these grill lids, a welcome change that goes beyond pure aesthetics. New GENESIS grills can fit rotisseries up to 10 in diameter without removing the top grate. The Ultimate Versatility of WEBER CRAFTED Grillware
At this point, it would be fair to wonder if there was anything the Weber GENESIS E-325s propane grill is incapable of doing. Well, we have some big news on that front: compatibility with WEBER CRAFTED Outdoor Kitchen Collection grillware allows you to cook food never thought possible on a gas grill. Roast, bake, sear, steam, and even stir-fry by simply replacing the standard grate with any of the custom-fit grillware! A WEBER CRAFTED frame kit and griddle are included with this grill.
Upgraded Caster Wheels
Weber reimagined everything for the new GENESIS grills, all the way down to the wheels. They've been upgraded to metal, rubber tread casters, as opposed to the pair of plastic locking casters on Genesis II grills. The rubber tread guarantees smooth transport, sturdier materials improve longevity, and the push-down lock mechanism lets you secure your grill in place with minimal effort.

The grill went together fairly easily. Instructions are not great. It heats evenly and gets HOT. My biggest gripe is that the thermometer is about 50 degrees off. Once you know how bad it is you can compensate.

Everything on this grill feels premium. Lid is heavy and well insulated. You can literally touch the top with your hand while grilling. Burners are consistent and I have not noticed any hot spots. Storage compartment is handy and the Bluetooth connectivity for grilling temps and probe temps is very nice!

I'm a big Weber fan. This is my fourth Weber grill in 25 years. They are very well built, last forever, and I use it almost daily. The Genesis burns quite a bit hotter than my prior Spirit model, which is helpful to sear meats. Great product at a fair price.

As far as the usage and functionality of the grill; it is GREAT. It holds the temp well and the display works well. I like using the app and I have added a suggestion for functionality. However the paint on the exterior of the cook box started peeling right out of the box before any cooking started. You did send me a replacement cook box but I bought the grill already assembled and cannot disassemble and reassemble the grill myself. I will have to live with the peeling paint.

Good grill. The only complaint I have is the grease tray doesn't catch all of the grease and it's running out the bottom of the grill. A little messy to clean up.

It sounds like the issue with your grease management system may be preventing you from experiencing total grill bliss, and we want to help! The grease tray that slides under your grilling surface is designed with a non-stick surface to funnel grease into the drip pan below. We recommend regularly scraping any buildup on the grease tray into the drip pan as part of your routine grill maintenance. This will help new drippings to flow directly into the drip pan. Grilling on an uneven surface is another common reason why drippings escape the drip pan. It may help to measure and adjust your grill's location. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
