Introducing the newly designed GENESIS E-325s grill that allows you to prep, sear, and serve everything outside, where the party is. The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. Once the food is ready, easily transfer it to the large prep & serve table, making for a seamless prep-to-serve grilling experience. The grease management system got a facelift as well: the removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure.
Updated Control Panel: Cleaner Look, Better Precision
Looks aren't everything, but they sure help. The newly designed Weber GENESIS E-325s gas grill sports a revamped control panel, starting with a slight angle for modern aesthetics and ease of use. The burner knobs follow suit, swapping the plastic construction from Weber Genesis II for metallicized knobs that lend a premium feel, not to mention greater durability. As a bonus, each knob is notched with small-spaced tick marks for more precise flame control. Well, we have some big news on that front: compatibility with WEBER CRAFTED Outdoor Kitchen Collection grillware allows you to cook food never thought possible on a gas grill. Roast, bake, sear, steam, and even stir-fry by simply replacing the standard grate with any of the custom-fit grillware! A WEBER CRAFTED frame kit and griddle are included with this grill.
Upgraded Caster Wheels
Weber reimagined everything for the new GENESIS grills, all the way down to the wheels. They've been upgraded to metal, rubber tread casters, as opposed to the pair of plastic locking casters on Genesis II grills. The rubber tread guarantees smooth transport, sturdier materials improve longevity, and the push-down lock mechanism lets you secure your grill in place with minimal effort.

Probe keeps disconnecting (not reading) while grilling and that was the main reason to buy this BBQ model. I am really disappointed and would not recommend it. Pointless if I have to buy separate meat thermometers. In addition, no light is included in this model taking in consideration the cost of the unit. Another issue, in just a couple of weeks already rust spots (equipment covered and maintained).

We are sorry to learn that you have been having difficulty maintaining a connection with your meat probes. That is not a normal experience, and we would like to help troubleshoot your issue. It is crucial that the probe wires be routed correctly or they can become damaged. Depending on your environment, it may be necessary to clean and treat the exterior of your grill more often to keep it in top shape. Coastal environments and areas near pool chemicals can cause accelerated corrosion. We recommend using a stainless steel cleaner and polish like Bar Keeper's Friend to remove surface stains and prevent rust. We would like to know more about your experience. The stainless heat spreaders have already started to rust severely and are turning a greenish color... I clean the grill regularly and keep it covered! I wipe down the outside also regularly with a silicone polish but the hood also seems to be starting to discolor.

This is "a lot of grill." The assembly was fairly easy. Have used the grill a few times on simple items like hot dogs, etc. So far so good. Haven't figured out the lighting on the right side showing the temp, etc.

So far it performs like every Weber we have owned and that a good thing.Having a small issue with gas line leak but pretty sure it's the tanks fault.

I like the Bluetooth aspect, but have not been able to link to WiFi. I also like the ability to cook with the meat thermometers that register on my phone. On the other hand, I had to search online for the appropriate app. The one in the playstore is for another model, and does not work for Genesis 325. I also think the addition of the On the other hand the heating elements are not producing even heat: the back of the grill is hotter than the front of the grill. Another nice feature is the searing heat element.

Our 32 year old Weber Genesis had a cook book that came with the grill. It would have been nice to have one to help us out as this grill is totally different. For the money we spent it could have been included.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
