Introducing the newly designed GENESIS E-325s grill that allows you to prep, sear, and serve everything outside, where the party is. The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. Once the food is ready, easily transfer it to the large prep & serve table, making for a seamless prep-to-serve grilling experience. The grease management system got a facelift as well: the removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure.
Updated Control Panel: Cleaner Look, Better Precision
Looks aren't everything, but they sure help. The newly designed Weber GENESIS E-325s gas grill sports a revamped control panel, starting with a slight angle for modern aesthetics and ease of use. The burner knobs follow suit, swapping the plastic construction from Weber Genesis II for metallicized knobs that lend a premium feel, not to mention greater durability. As a bonus, each knob is notched with small-spaced tick marks for more precise flame control. That brings us to the T-bar handle, which is shaped for easy gripping, opening, and closing from any angle. Weber increased the height of these grill lids, a welcome change that goes beyond pure aesthetics. New GENESIS grills can fit rotisseries up to 10 in diameter without removing the top grate. The Ultimate Versatility of WEBER CRAFTED Grillware
At this point, it would be fair to wonder if there was anything the Weber GENESIS E-325s propane grill is incapable of doing. Well, we have some big news on that front: compatibility with WEBER CRAFTED Outdoor Kitchen Collection grillware allows you to cook food never thought possible on a gas grill. Roast, bake, sear, steam, and even stir-fry by simply replacing the standard grate with any of the custom-fit grillware! A WEBER CRAFTED frame kit and griddle are included with this grill.
Upgraded Caster Wheels
Weber reimagined everything for the new GENESIS grills, all the way down to the wheels. They've been upgraded to metal, rubber tread casters, as opposed to the pair of plastic locking casters on Genesis II grills. The rubber tread guarantees smooth transport, sturdier materials improve longevity, and the push-down lock mechanism lets you secure your grill in place with minimal effort.

Great grill except for one thing- you provide magnetic catches, but the doors are stainless steel and won't stay closed. Pretty disappointed to pay that much money for a grill and have to keep the doors closed with a bungee cord. Will be willing to revise my star rating if you have a solution and it doesn't take too long to solve.

Extremely high quality. A little inconvenient to have to plug it in to use the electronic ignition but it performs flawlessly. Typically the manual igniters are the first thing to go on other grills. The "sear zone" is a flame thrower. Sear steaks and then shut down the grill to finish your cooking. Haven't used the meat sensor yet, it I'm sure it will be of equal high quality.

We just bought it and the starter button doesn't work. I know it's under warranty and I registered it but I don't know how to get the starter button fixed? We did the trouble shooting from the book and website, still doesn't work. This is our second Weber grill and I'm not happy yet!

This is a common concern that is almost always solved without the need for new parts or professional service. First, we recommend checking that the battery in your igniter module is inserted correctly. The battery is often inserted backward to prevent accidental sparking during shipment. Secondly, we recommend checking that the wires are properly inserted by unplugging and snugly reseating each wire at the battery terminal box. Grill is terrific. Heats up extremely fast. Sear burner really helps for all kinds of meat. It is difficult to get gas bottle into compartment and get it connected to the scale. Great grill just a little pricey.

We recommend three main tips to help keep your grates in great shape! 1- Always preheat the grill on high for 10-15 minutes before brushing the grates. 2-Pick the right brush- we recommend a Weber-branded stainless steel grill brush. They come in different shapes and sizes and are made from high-quality materials to get the job done right. 3- Oil your food and not the grates. We cannot stress this enough! Adding oiled food to hot grates discourages sticking without leaving excess residue. Use an oil rated for high-heat cooking, like Avocado or Grapeseed oil for example. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
