Introducing the newly designed GENESIS E-325s grill that allows you to prep, sear, and serve everything outside, where the party is. The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. Once the food is ready, easily transfer it to the large prep & serve table, making for a seamless prep-to-serve grilling experience. The grease management system got a facelift as well: the removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure.
Updated Control Panel: Cleaner Look, Better Precision
Looks aren't everything, but they sure help. The newly designed Weber GENESIS E-325s gas grill sports a revamped control panel, starting with a slight angle for modern aesthetics and ease of use. The burner knobs follow suit, swapping the plastic construction from Weber Genesis II for metallicized knobs that lend a premium feel, not to mention greater durability. As a bonus, each knob is notched with small-spaced tick marks for more precise flame control. That brings us to the T-bar handle, which is shaped for easy gripping, opening, and closing from any angle. And speaking of angles, the T-handles 90-degree corners enhance the modern look of Weber GENESIS gas grills.

Weber increased the height of these grill lids, a welcome change that goes beyond pure aesthetics. New GENESIS grills can fit rotisseries up to 10 in diameter without removing the top grate. The Ultimate Versatility of WEBER CRAFTED Grillware
At this point, it would be fair to wonder if there was anything the Weber GENESIS E-325s propane grill is incapable of doing. Well, we have some big news on that front: compatibility with WEBER CRAFTED Outdoor Kitchen Collection grillware allows you to cook food never thought possible on a gas grill. Roast, bake, sear, steam, and even stir-fry by simply replacing the standard grate with any of the custom-fit grillware! A WEBER CRAFTED frame kit and griddle are included with this grill.
Upgraded Caster Wheels
Weber reimagined everything for the new GENESIS grills, all the way down to the wheels. They've been upgraded to metal, rubber tread casters, as opposed to the pair of plastic locking casters on Genesis II grills. The rubber tread guarantees smooth transport, sturdier materials improve longevity, and the push-down lock mechanism lets you secure your grill in place with minimal effort.

Absolutely love this. Set up was incredibly easy. Connecting the bluetooth and wifi were so simple. It works great. The first time I used it was for Thanksgiving and I roasted a Pork Crown Roast. With the probe inserted in the the Roast I knew exactly when to take it off the grill. It was perfect. The sear zone cooks an Ahi Tuna steak, rare in the middle, seared on the outside, in 30 seconds per side.

Extremely satisfied with the Genesis E-325s. Very well built, lots of useful features, and most importantly, a great grill. I have cooked steaks, chicken, burgers, etc. and am blown away by the ease and efficiency of this grill.

I purchased this grill to replace my old gas Weber grill (which was still working great but showing its age). This grill came with very detailed step by step instructions (when using the Built app); it does take some time to assemble so bring your patience. It was well packaged and no items were damaged; however, there is a protective film on some of the stainless parts which was trimmed by a machine, but mine was slightly cut too deep and there are lines in the stainless steel from the cutting process. It's not a big deal and I am probably the only person who notices it. I have had the grill for a few months and it's worked as expected without any surprises. I did have some questions which I sent to Weber and their customer service was very quick to respond (same day or next day). Overall I'm very satisfied with the grill. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars was there's a plastic red bezel behind the knobs which is translucent and it has a backlight to illuminate it, but only on certain models (not this one). I would have preferred the bezel not be translucent if this grill can't light it up. It just looks like it's missing something or that there's a part of the grill not working. Also note that there is only the digital temperature gauge on this model.

Nice sturdy grill which seems to be a well thought out design. Heats up acceptably. Like the grills themselves and the sear options. Our only issue is that one of the front doors will not stay shut. Probably just a balance or latch issue but it's a bit of a nuisance to have to hold it shut while we put the cover over the grill.

I'm really loving this grill! Easy assembly, used the BILT app and it was very helpful. The app connected easily to my WIFI and Bluetooth. I bought a power pack to avoid having to plug in all the time (I tried a 10,000 mA power bank, but it was intermittent, got a 30,000 mA ) and that was worked out well. Love the grill temp display and the dual probes, along with the gas level indicator. The grill holds temp very well - cooked a 8# turkey breast and only had to tweak the burners once. Sear zone was great on some sous vide steaks.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
