Introducing the newly designed GENESIS E-325s grill that allows you to prep, sear, and serve everything outside, where the party is. The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. Once the food is ready, easily transfer it to the large prep & serve table, making for a seamless prep-to-serve grilling experience. The grease management system got a facelift as well: the removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure.

Looks aren't everything, but they sure help. The newly designed Weber GENESIS E-325s gas grill sports a revamped control panel, starting with a slight angle for modern aesthetics and ease of use. The burner knobs follow suit, swapping the plastic construction from Weber Genesis II for metallicized knobs that lend a premium feel, not to mention greater durability. Well, we have some big news on that front: compatibility with WEBER CRAFTED Outdoor Kitchen Collection grillware allows you to cook food never thought possible on a gas grill. Upgraded Caster Wheels
Weber reimagined everything for the new GENESIS grills, all the way down to the wheels. They've been upgraded to metal, rubber tread casters, as opposed to the pair of plastic locking casters on Genesis II grills. I bought my new grill in December 2022 to replace my 20+ year old Weber LP-1000. Assembly was easy and my questions were quickly answered by customer support. It is very well built, sturdy and looks like it will last a long time. Then came the problem. I bought the specified rotisserie and the bracket was not correct for this grill, so the rod did not line up with the motor. I contacted customer support and they worked with me until they had a bracket that was just perfect. I am now 100% satisfied with the grill and rotisserie. I still deduct 1/2 star because the 'smart kitchen' has some design flaws, but I really don't use or miss those functions.

I previously had a Genesis 300 series 3 burner grill so I'm very familiar with Weber Natural Gas grills. There was really no other choice for me when it came time to replace it after 12 years. I decided to go with a Genesis SX 335 NG smart grill and have not been disappointed in my new grill. The assembly process was not too bad but then I'm pretty adept at assembling lots of different things but expect it to take a couple of hours to get it all ready to go. One thing I didn't realize was that the smart grills need power to work so make sure you're prepared to have to either plug it into an outlet or use a battery pack. I decided to go with a battery pack because my outlet isn't near my grill and I didn't want to have an extension cord run around my patio every time I use the grill. I ordered a USB 2.0 to USB-C cable to avoid the extension cord. I like the digital temp readout and it's easy to see even in daylight. I haven't really used all the smart features though because to be honest it's a bit of a hassle to mess with probes and use their App for everyday grilling. I previously used a similar smart grilling product called GrillEye to do what this barbecue has built in so it's nice to have it all contained in one place. However, the GrillEye probes were expensive to buy and didn't always work reliably so I stopped using it. This grill only came with one probe and the grill can only accommodate 2 probes so not much use if meat cuts are of different thickness or you're cooking more than 2 different types of meat. If you're concerned with the cost of a smart grill or don't think you'll use the smart features, you can save money by buying a grill without the all the smart features.

The gas regulator failed for the third time on this low quality grill. Of course it happened just before a large family gathering each time and the grill could not be used.

We appreciate your feedback, and we are sorry to learn that you had issues getting your grill to work! That is not the experience we expect. If your grill is not getting hot enough, the issue may be the LP tank or the lighting procedure. There is a safety mechanism built into your grill's regulator that will reduce gas flow if it detects low gas pressure. Follow these instructions to reset the bypass safety mode. This is not only the reset, but how you want to light your grill each and every time. Open the lid Make sure all knobs are in the off position (including side burner if applicable) Turn your LP tank on all the way Wait 60 seconds Turn the first burner to start/high Hit your igniter Turn on remaining burners one at a time and set each to high Close the lid Let your grill preheat to 500-550°F We are here to help! Best grill for anything, I've cooked meats, fish, kabobs, veggies, my cast iron skillet, grill mats…and I'm not an expert in grilling..im actually still learning and I couldn't be having more fun with this grill…yes fun! I purposely use my grill now instead of my stovetop since I've purchased too!

We love cooking on our new Weber gas grill! Lots of possibilities with the crafted griddle…lots of steaks and wild caught salmon so far. Next will be Philly Cheesesteaks! Easy to clean and precise temperature control. I'm still learning about griddle cooking but it's a lot of fun!

This is by far the greatest grill I've ever cooked on. I get very excited every time I'm going to use it if it's amazing piece of equipment. Very well constructed highly recommend purchasing this.

I ordered this grill from BBQ Guys. It was delivered on time and very well packed. The build process by myself took about 8 hours (it was recommended to be a 2-person process, but most of the steps only required 1 person). The grill and components are all good quality materials and no parts were missing. There are paper directions and a BILT app for digital directions. I recommend using both simultaneously for better comprehension. The grill is very easy to use, has a great SEAR feature, and cooks very evenly. I have cooked beef, pork, chicken, and shrimp, all to perfection. The Wi-Fi feature works well and is easily paired to your phone, so you can keep track of grill temp, etc. The grill is also easily cleaned. Overall this is the best propane grill I have ever used. It does also come in a natural gas model, and does have a warming or cooking side burner, storage compartment, inside light for cooking at night, and lighted controls. This is a very good design! I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This is a fantastic grill. It gets up to 695º and provides all the sear I could ever want. I love the illuminated dials, the interior lighting for night-time cooking, and most of all, the Bluetooth temperature monitoring feature I can watch on my phone. The side storage cabinet and under-grill storage areas are also well thought-out. This is, no doubt, the "Rolex" of gas grills.

The whole family enjoys this grill, we prepare tasty healthy meals quickly and efficiently with it. Juicy chicken, well seared stakes, and roasted vegetables all are easy to prepare. We use this more than our indoor kitchen.

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
