The Weber EX-325s is 62-in wide, 27-in deep, 48.5-in high, and it weighs 188 lbs. The main cooking grate measures 27 x 19 inches, for 513 square inches. The secondary grilling area adds 274 square inches.
When did the EX-325s come out?
The latest line of GENESIS grills were released early in 2022.
Can you convert the EX-325s from propane to natural gas?
No, but fortunately Weber offers a version of the EX-325s in natural gas.
Does the GENESIS line replace the old Genesis II grills?
It does! The Genesis II grills have all been discontinued, and have been replaced by the current line of GENESIS grills.

I bought this to replace my 25 year old Genisis. Much nicer than the old one and preforms as advertised, assembly took about 4 hours and you should be comfortable using tools.

Solid & works great; and quickly heats up with the NG. But I bought this model with the higher hood for rotisserie. But the hood design is such that other rotisseries won't fit (side grooves too small and no mount options on one side) so you're forced to buy theirs (which is much flemsier than my current one).

We decided to buy a Weber Grill because of the quality it showed compare to other grills. We love how it cooks our steaks so evenly and the vegetables come out perfect and not burned like other grills.

Huge upgrade from the Spirit series. Heats up 3x as fast. Much more surface area to grill and the shelving as well. Only issue I have is a grease residue I am finding on my deck after each use. Not sure if it's a manufacturing, assembly or other issue. Comes off with cleaning spray. But very annoying.

We appreciate your feedback. We are very sorry to hear your CRAFTED griddle did not season properly. We are happy to help. It appears the seasoning did not take due to not washing off the mineral oil before use. Here are some instructions to follow on cleaning and seasoning. This is best done with the griddle/flat top cool and removed from the grill. Place the griddle/flat top on a surface that can be easily cleaned when you are done. Scrape the entire surface clean of large debris and residual grease or food remnants using a scraper or durable spatula. Scraping helps with the removal of deeper and tougher patches of corrosion and loosens surface corrosion After scraping, rinse the surface clean with water. This is also helpful for determining if more scraping is needed. Pour white vinegar on the surface and then sprinkle coarse salt over the top and let the solution sit for 5 minutes. Do not worry if you miss the sides and edges, these will be covered with the solution during scrubbing. Scrub the entire surface (top, sides, corners, edges, bottom) with a green scouring pad until all signs of red rust are removed. This may require some intermittent rinsing with clean water to determine if the rust is removed. During this process, the seasoning layer you had built may be damaged, but not fully removed. Clear the surface of debris and rinse with clean water until all red rust is washed away. Dry thoroughly and immediately coat with a thin layer of oil ( grapeseed, vegetable oil) to protect from new corrosion. The size of this grill is perfect for a family of four - and still plenty of grilling room when we have guests. I recommend getting the Crafted storage on the side, we've already bought three inserts and love them all.

The grill looks great and works better than expected. The sear zone enables the temperature to rise to 700 degrees plus and does a great job locking in the flavor and juice of steaks. For general grilling the temperature rises above 500 degrees and provides uniform heat for everything I have grilled.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
