The Weber EX-325s is 62-in wide, 27-in deep, 48.5-in high, and it weighs 188 lbs. The main cooking grate measures 27 x 19 inches, for 513 square inches. The secondary grilling area adds 274 square inches.
When did the EX-325s come out?
The latest line of GENESIS grills were released early in 2022.
Can you convert the EX-325s from propane to natural gas?
No, but fortunately Weber offers a version of the EX-325s in natural gas.
Does the GENESIS line replace the old Genesis II grills?
It does! The Genesis II grills have all been discontinued, and have been replaced by the current line of GENESIS grills.

I don't like the "smart" features. The smart features require the grill to be plugged into an electric outlet which limits where I can use the grill.

You have the option of using a rechargeable power bank OR the power cord with your grill. The power bank should be USB-Certified and have a minimum of 10,000 mAh. I've had a couple of gas grills before that were cheaper and then I made the move to charcoal for quite a few years. Then realized how much more convenient gas was and that I wasn't really going to miss out on much with going back to gas. This has been the best grill I've ever used. You can tell the quality is significantly better than any of my previous grills plus I get a much better sear on this than any gas grill I've used in the past. I can fire this thing up and start searing a steak in less than 15 minutes (the manual says to wait 10-15 mins for it to heat up, otherwise I would start searing much quicker). This has been a game changer for me and now I try to make every single meal on it because it's such an amazing grill to use.

The grill was very easy to put together by myself. It seems to be made well and is sturdy. I am still getting used to timing and temperature for my meats. The drip tray is convenient and easy to clean. My only issue with it is that EVERYTHING sticks to the grates! I have seasoned them, preheated them and everything still sticks. I even bought the Weber Grill Spray that states no flames will shoot up. Well, flames shoot up and food still sticks.

We appreciate your feedback. We are so sorry to hear your food is sticking to the grates. We are happy to help. With regards to food sticking, we have the following recommendations: You can oil the food directly, but we do not recommend applying any kind of oil directly to the grates. Make sure you're giving your food enough time per side. Food will naturally start to release from the grates when close to flipping time. If using a marinade, try to get as much excess liquid off as possible before placing the food on the grill. If using a sauce of any kind, wait until the last 5 minutes or so to apply. We recommend cleaning your cooking grates every time you use your grill. Simply preheat the grill on high for 15 minutes with the lid closed and then brush the grates clean with a Weber Stainless Steel Grill Brush. Our Care team is reaching out to follow up. Our Genesis E-325s grill worked great and cooks much more evenly than our old grill. We had to get a new starter from Weber, but once that was worked out everything was good. Customer service was very good after the first problem with the starter was dealt with a little slowly.

I finally purchased a Weber gas grill after wanting one for a long time. My dad had one for what seemed forever so I knew they were built to last. Assembling it was pretty simple with the help of the BILT app. All parts fit well. The first thing I cooked was ribeye steaks and with the searing zone burner the steaks had a beautiful char. The large flavor bars make the heating pretty uniform and forgiving. The smart panel function is what I'm getting to learn. It can be plugged into 110v outlet or powered by a power pack. I like the power pack except for its plug in location. I purchased a separate cord so I can plug the power pack on top of the grill and easily unplug it after each use. Overall this is a terrific grill.

A great grill. Never thought that I could get a grill to 700 degrees. I like that it does not flare up and scorch the meat. The sear zone is easy to use and works as advertised .

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
