How big is the Genesis EX-325s?
The Weber EX-325s is 62-in wide, 27-in deep, 48.5-in high, and it weighs 188 lbs. The main cooking grate measures 27 x 19 inches, for 513 square inches. The secondary grilling area adds 274 square inches.
When did the EX-325s come out?
The latest line of GENESIS grills were released early in 2022.
Can you convert the EX-325s from propane to natural gas?
No, but fortunately Weber offers a version of the EX-325s in natural gas.
Does the GENESIS line replace the old Genesis II grills?
It does! The Genesis II grills have all been discontinued, and have been replaced by the current line of GENESIS grills.

The recently purchased Genesis E-325s is a disappointment. It feels tinny, especially compared to my now abandoned 15 year-old Weber Spirit grill. The "stainless steel" components are already showing signs of staining. Placing the propane tank is awkward and requires a lot of strength. The gap along the upper portion of the sides of the grill is very large..I originally thought a part was missing...exposing much of the internal components. Overall, I regret replacing the smaller but beloved old Weber Spirit.

Your grill is backed by a very generous warranty and we will always stand behind our products. Regarding the gaps in the cabinet. We are happy to help explain further. The cabinet is designed to have openings due safety concerns. All our grill cabinets have ventilation in the cabinet to allow for air flow through the grill. This is done with safety in mind. Also, the grill is weather proof and rain will not damage any of the grill's electronics. We would strongly recommend to use the grill as designed. Using one of our grill cover would also be helpful. I have a Weber Genesis that's over 20 years old and loved it so much I decided to upgrade to smart grill. I really like the slide out bottom that makes cleaning so easy and the smart temperature probe and app too

Do not know--cook box paint was peeling before wee even put the grill together. Had to get a replace from Weber-they were going to send me a spirt box had them canceled that one to get the correct one. Genesis box was on back order was suppose to be shipped on the 12th of July was not shipped until the 18th of July. Just got that one today-spirit box showed last week.

10 years and 3 lower costing grills I finally went with Weber. I kept the cheaper grills covered and took good care but parts always rusted. I replaced parts but often had to throw in the towel. I have the Weber for 2 months now and it is terrific. The 10-year warranty is a great feature.

Just used it a few times but we have one in NJ for 10years! Also had one in FL for 10 years and it's still working! Only issue with the older ones is the ignitor, they never last more than a few seasons.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
