Loaded with New Weber GENESIS Features
While smart grilling is a huge plus, the new Weber GENESIS EX-325s propane grill in black has much more to offer in terms of pure cooking power. It all starts with the largest and hottest sear zone Weber has ever brought to market, enabling you to perfectly caramelize steaks for the whole party at once. The 3 main burners, meanwhile, have a proprietary, ported design that combines high efficiency and precise heat with reliable ignition. You get to make those powerful burners go even further with a top cooking grate that folds out to vastly increase grilling space, allowing you to make meals in one shot. Handing out (and preparing) those meals is easier with the extra-large prep & serve table, which has room for multiple serving trays or cutting boards. And as for cleaning, the grease management system has a revamped design, with the drip pan now attached to the grease tray to speed along cleanup using the included scraper.
WEBER CRAFTED Cookware Brings Unmatched Versatility
The Weber GENESIS EX-325s propane gas smart grill with sear burner clearly changes the game on its own, but its true potential is unlocked via WEBER CRAFTED Outdoor Kitchen Collection grillware. Depending on which of the 7 WEBER CRAFTED accessories you choose, you can roast, bake, sear, steam, and even stir-fry by simply removing the existing right-hand grate and inserting the grillware you desire. Yep, making food never thought possible on a Weber GENESIS EX-325s propane grill is really that easy! WEBER CRAFTED grillware and frame kit are sold separately.

Customer Reviews
Came fully assembled from dealer. A few screws not in the right place but reading the manual I rectified that. Grill works. The single issue is the scale in the cabinet that holds the propane tank and is supposed to give you a reading of the propane level. The scale does not work. The spring in the scale does not compress under the weight of the tank. Called Weber customer service, they were great, sent me a new scale kit overnight. Guess what, it didn't work either. Now getting a third scale kit. I wasn't looking for accuracy, just an indication of how the propane was being used up, just a general idea of when to get a refill of propane. I think the company that makes the scales for Weber made up a poor batch. All in all very satisfied with the grill and Weber trying to do the right thing.

I can't say how much I really like my new genesis s-325-s being raised by my mother who was a retired Chef working alongside her in different kitchens I learned different techniques in cooking, my new grill I love this grill, I can do so much in not even one month I used 20# of propane. I replaced the old Genesis sliver I had for twenty one years made well the American way Quality first.

The one feature that attracted my wife to this grill was the sear station. She likes her steaks to be seared and that was difficult on our previous grill. The Weber sear station works well and is easy to use, so she is a happy camper.

Loving the "Smart" feature. Now I can easily keep track of internal temps
So far I have been very happy with our new Weber Grill! It heats up fast and cooks evenly all over the grill surface.
Overall design of grill is good: large counter space, searing zone, easy cleaning tray. What doesn't work well: Electric start doesn't consistently work and there's no place to easily light the burners which makes the searing knob not always available to use; and Left 1/3 of grill lacks sufficient flame coverage and therefore food doesn't cook sufficiently or consistently. I am going to have to trouble shoot the electric start issue because this is really problematic. And, I'm learning that I don't have the full grill surface for cooking which is a real bummer given how large this grill is and how much space it takes up on my deck. I've been grilling consistently for over 2 months now and waited to submit this review until I felt that I had fully tested the grill.

Your feedback is very important to us. We are very sorry to hear your igniters are not working and the flame is not consistent. We are here to help. Our Care team is reaching out via email to assist you further. Thank you for being a Weber fan!
Quite a step up from the 3-burner Weber Spirit grill it replaced, yet it was very quick for me to learn new grilling technique like burner level settings. An extra layer of steel in the lid will likely keep grill temperatures constant through the seasons. (We use ours several times per week, year 'round.) The grill burns hotter, so mid-level settings on the Spirit are approximated by low-level settings on the Genesis. I have yet to use the fourth "searing" burner, but suspect it will be great for steaks, etc. The grates are larger than in the Spirit, allowing me to use a copper grilling mat oriented "portrait" on the left side of the Genesis for meats and have room for a large grilling basket on the right side (with a different temperature setting) for vegetables. I was very reluctant to buy the Genesis, especially considering the price, but the improvements over the Spirit are significant. Although we could easily afford a much more expensive brand, I didn't even look at them; with the frequency that we use a grill I like being able to order replacement parts in the future and besides – more expensive grills get just as dirty as Webers, and are no more easy to clean.
This is a great bbq…definitely worth the money. Excellent quality!

I love Weber grills. This is my second Weber. The first one lasted for 8 years. I am disappointed in the quality, the knobs are not as substantial as my first grill and it just seems it is not as well built, but only time will tell.
Very displeased that the stainless steel side tables have substantial rust on them 45 days after purchase. Weber's answer was to buy their cleaner. Never had a stainless steel grill rust!

Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry for any disappointment that you have experienced. We stand by the quality of our grills and we expect our products to be long-lasting! If your grill is located in a coastal or humid area, or if chlorine is present in your environment, additional maintenance will be needed to keep up the appearance of the exterior steel parts. We would like to know more about your experience. Please look for our email outreach soon. Thank you!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
