Bought less than a year ago and you cant read the display in the day time. It doesn't smoke as well as my Master built smoker thats 5 years old.

The heat element doesn't work right. Won't stay hot. It's good for a couple hours, maybe. Won't hit much higher than about 250 degrees. I have tried 5 or 6 different kinds of wood chips, my chips are certainly dry. The finer pieces get hotter, but you have to replace them often. I refilled it 3 times in 3 hours to hold + or - 200 degrees over time. Now the heat element will not turn on. Second time I have cooked in this smoker, the first time they blamed the chips and decided they were moist. These are not moist. Trying to smoke some ribs? Forget about it. As I look at my temperature dropping to 125 degrees, right in the middle of trying the 3-2-1 method of smoking ribs on the 4th of July, and I am burned up buy my ribs are still raw. It's a nice looking smoker, but apparently useless.

Inconsistent. The only way to get it to 250 degrees was to turn the thermostat all the way up all the time. Would only go above 250 if in direct sun a hot day. Lasted 3 years of light use, then died.

Box doesn't get above 225. So if you have time at a low temp you are okay. It works great for wings and ribs but brisket, get something else.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
