The leg connector unit for one side was missing. Have not yet used the item and may not until parts are obtained. Basic product seems fine. Initial call for product support did not seem to know how to obtain the missing parts.

I got this product almost a year ago but did not get to review it until now. We tried this product first on a rainy day which is perfect for any and all grilling ! We made burgers with grilled onions, peppers, bean patties which was grilled to perfection. We also made grilled paneer tikka with the masala seasoning spice we had and it was grilled well as well. Overall pleased with the product !

I live in a condo and cannot have an open flame style grill. A friend purchased this for me and I just love it. It is easy to clean. It is light weight enough that I carry it into my kitchen to clean.

I've used it a while now, and I've to say that it's a pretty nice and conveniently small electric grill. It still cooks the food nicely, just like a gas grill. But it just lacks that regular grill taste and overall texture of the food after it's been cooked

Pros: Super easy set up, easy to use, easy to clean and compact to store but enough room on grill top to grill 6 patties. Cons: Electrical cord should be on the back not front and would be nice to have a temperature gauge instead of just "low, medium and high"

I have had this grill grill for several weeks, but had to wait for good weather to be able to grill outside. I would recommend this grill. The size is good and the legs fold under for storage. The cooking rack was easy to clean. The only problem I saw was the grease trap. It was easy to remove, but is hard to empty completely. Overall this is a good grill.

I have received the one without the versa stand, so I'll comment on that. 1) Build quality: It is decent. Quality materials and feels sturdy. 2) Features: It's a grill. There's a temperature setting which is quite nice. Overall no gimmicks and does the job right. 3) Practicality: The oil tray is poorly designed. Once it is dirty it is really hard to clean. A cleverer solution could be possible. Another thing is the heater is below the grill stand. Which means it will receive the oil dripping from the food, which results in excessive smell (might be too much for some) extra cleaning effort. Overall, it does the job. Nice materials. The design could be a little better. PS: Don't try this indoors! :)

I received this product not to long ago and I had to use it right away! This table top grill is ideal for apartments! I don't like charcoal or gas and this product was the blessing I have been searching for!! This grill gets just as hot as any gas or charcoal grill. This grill is very easy to use and bigger than what I was picturing it to be! It is easy to clean which was something I was worried about. It doesn't weigh a lot which makes it easier to move around outside! I really enjoy this grill and the way the food tastes after being cooked on this electric grill! Best purchase!

I tried this out last night to make steak fajitas, and they came out GREAT! I enjoy how easy it is to use, and its portability. It delivers the taste and quality of a charcoal grill, with the conveinence of simply plugging it into an outlet.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
