I received this grill from my family for my birthday. I had dropped hints to my wife that I wanted a Weber grill, and she knew I'd like to have a small table nearby. I assembled this the evening it was delivered, and grilled on it the next evening. Fairly easy to assemble, and the directions are pretty clear. I love having the integrated thermometer and lid holder. The tool rack at the front is a nice feature. Very easy to move around on wheels, even in our back yard. I enjoy the ash cleaning vanes and airflow control, but the do leave a small amount where the vanes do not overlap. I guess the only true complaint I would have is the Gourmet BBQ system cooking grate. The removable center part sometimes slides off the rest of the grate, falling into the coals. Only happens when I'm scrubbing it after cooling down, but still a bit inconvenient. Maybe bend the prongs of the center grate down to give it better grip on the rest of the grate? Overall I'm very happy with my grill and I'll be using it for YEARS to come!

I love the grill. I'll give 5 stars on the grill. The cover for the grill, terrible. After several phone calls and emails with customer service, it was determined and "recommended" to buy a universal cover for this grill. The cover only has one strap. This, with a slight breeze the cover would lift up and over the grill and then not cover the grill at all.

Love the way it cooks, however I would have given it a five, but putting the grill is a hassle because of the hood holder nuts

I've had this grill over 2 years and rarely use my built in gas grill, which cost about 10x as much. Controlling temperature is fairly easy after some practice. Spatchcock chicken is fantastic on this grill. Customer Service from Weber is unparalleled, as I had a small problem and Weber replaced the entire lid. Very few companies do that. It's easy to move it so it doesn't detract from our pool deck.I looked at a Kamado type grill and the weight and difficulty in moving was a reason i went with the weber. Cooks as well as a kamado for less money. .

Finally replaced our 12 to 14 year old Weber kettle. It still worked but over the years had survived two teenage boys (using for fire pits, knocking over while rough housing, etc.) So it was a bit less than stellar. Still cooked well! Bought this model as the fold down shelf makes storage easier than the full shelf of the next model. This grill rocks! Literally, no complaints. Fully expect to get 15 years out of this one. Just FYI, also own a 4 burner Summit. While it is a wonderful grill we hardly ever use it. Kettle / charcoal is our game plan for everything!

Got for Christmas. Have not had charcoal for years. Love - table extension, grill top so easy to add coals, grill center circle nice for adding initial chimney coals. Large grill surface. Adding wood chips gives a smokey flavor.

Christmas gift. I have a 22 inch kettle in addition to this one but not having a lid holder or a table always bothered me. Love this grill and the convenience features. Lid holder, tool holder, folding table, shelf, and ash catcher.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
