I've had this grill for three years now and it's been fantastic. Weber grills are well-built and solid. Assembly wasn't too difficult. I've also had fun accessorizing the thing. :) My wife and I have found we prefer preparing buffalo wings on the grill versus the oven. They come out some much better and can be a little more crispy too (how we like them). Definitely recommend this one or really any of the charcoal grills in their line-up.

I got my new Weber for my birthday in May and use it almost everyday. I love the attached fold down side table and the new style of grill rack that is great for adding more coals and the changeable center!

I have used bad grills forever, I can't believe I waited so long to add a charcoal cooker to the arsenal. The kettle is very well made, unfortunately the finish on the shelf has lifted and is rusting underneath. Other than that, it's great.

I've had this grill for a couple of months now and am very pleased with it. The venting works great, the thermometer is a great feature, the lid holder works very well and the ash catcher is the bomb!! You can shut the vents and it will choke off the heat in a hurry, allowing you to cover the grill and leaving some charcoal for the next time. The only niggles I have with it is that the "cart" part seems a little weak over cobblestones, and there is no place for the grate when loading charcoal. I added a couple of zip ties to the bottom shelf so the grate doesn't slip all the way to the shelf for ease of retrieval.

I bought this grill two months ago. This was the first grill I've ever bought. I'm super happy with it! Assembly took me around 1 hour, but after that the operation has been great. The only thing that could make this better is a leveling grill, so that you don't need to add that much charcoal to the pit. Also, seems a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth my money.

My wife bought this one to replace the weber I had for 30 years. Once we put it together, it looked nice but..I used 40-50 coals for a party of 8 people and the coals (I used Kingsford) did not hold the fire very long nor did it heat to a high heat so the burgers were very rare after 15 minutes. It look almost 35 minutes to cook the burgers. Very disppointed and I followed all the instructions.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
