Terrific barbecue! I also bought the wok and searing tools. I love them both. The wok was so easy to use and made a perfect stir fry. I seared a beautiful piece of fish and it came out perfect. I'm looking forward to years of use.

This new Performer Grill has worked well so far with no issues. That is; after Weber replaced the side table which was damaged in shipping. Overall, I like all the little features that weren't included in my previous grill (I had a Weber 22 Inch "Original Kettle" Grill). I especially like the enclosed ash catch. Not nearly as messy as the "open architecture" pan of the "Original Kettle" Grill. I also appreciate the thermometer in the lid for "baking" but really I still use a Thermal probe in the grilled item(s) to control for accurate cooking temps. The product is built sturdy and I assembled all parts together in about 30 minutes from the shipped condition. Instructions were clear and all parts were included. The grill grate is of a much heavier construction than my "Original Kettle" Grill and this model comes with the removable circular center grate and I'm still getting use to that feature. There are a lot more opportunities for cooked-on food to stick and get trapped in all the grill joints, so a little more cleaning (wire brushing) is required to remove stuck-on food particles. In summary; I'm satisfied with the Weber Performer Grill; I like all the added features and look forward to many years of grilling service. I've been using one of the Weber Kettle style Grills for over 40 years and this model should perform for a lot of years.

So far we love our grill but we owed a 22 in green grill with ash catcher for 20 years and just thought it was time for new one . My brother now has it and is happy to get . We grill a lot and love our Weber grills. Part was missing when received and customer service was awesome had part in two days thanks for Weber charcoal grills

Don't want to go back to our gas grill. The taste is worth a little more time in prep and clean up.

Compact, very functional, easy to use. My only issue has been the need to replace the wing assembly which brushes the ashes into the pan. Weber replaced it for free which was fine; however, since only ash gets brushed into the pan, I still don't know why it froze solid on me.

This grill is awesome! I've had a few Weber charcoal grills over the years and this one is the best. Heats up fast and holds heat. Can go direct or indirect heat or use as a smoker. Great for steaks,burgers,chicken,ribs,sausage,vegetables...even made a pizza for the first time on a grill with it. This thing does it all. Can't beat the smokey flavor from a Weber kettle grill. Easy to assemble and well built. The table and larger shelf are worth the extra money over the regular kettle model. Solid grill and made in USA. I love this grill !!!

I'm not crazy about the middle of the cooking rack separating from the rest of it. The centerpiece falls out on the ground when I try to lay the grate aside.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
