how do you wax poetic about a grill? I can't, but it is sturdy, easily assembled, and wonderful to grill with.

Love the grill. Upgraded from the original kettle. Easy to assemble. Great to have side table, lid holder, ash catcher, and lower shelf. I liked the price as well. I use a torch and chimney starter so I didn't need the deluxe that adds quite a bit to the price.

I haven't cooked over charcoal for 10+ years but wanted to get back into it. The only charcoal grills I have owned in the past have been Weber's so when researching I finally decided on the Performer. So far I have done steaks, ribs, chicken, veggies it's like I never left. The quality of this grill is as good as I remember Weber charcoal grills being. Simple to use and excellent results. Two things I really like about my new Performer are the folding shelf and the height of the grill overall. Glad to be back in the charcoal world.

I've tried it once for a cookout with 10 people. The fire was hot (around 400 degrees) after about 20 minutes. Then it began to fade, even though the dampers and air flow was set for high heat. I had to move much of the meat from this new unit to my 20 year old basic Weber Kettle Grille. Luckily, the old Weber was able to finish cooking the chicken breasts. I apprehensive about using this new grille, especially for a large crowd, until I can figure out why the grille did not work properly. I have owned Charcoal Weber Kettle Grilles for decades and I've never had this problem with the older units.

Pretty Good Weber. Only issue is getting the center portion of the grill back on after adding charcoal. The tabs are small and the grate often falls inside onto the hot coals.

The grill performs as it should in order for You to cook as you should. Good design, I've cooked with Weber grills for over 25 years...they must be doing something right

I had a Platinum before getting the Performer, they both have good features. I liked the ash catcher on the platinum better, but do like the temperature gauge on the Proformer. All in all both grills are great. I love my charcoal.

I am very pleased with my purchase of the Performer Grill. The table, frame and wheels are a great addition that add practicality to the kettle charcoal grills. The wheels make it so easy to move the kettle and the tray on the bottom provides a place to store my bag of charcoal. I recommend the Performer model if you are going to keep you grill for many years like I do. The table and wheels make it an enjoyable experience to grill outdoors.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
