The regulator doesn't turn off and keeps a small flame at the tube. Replace it once and the second one is worse. I asked for a new grill and was refused they said they would send a new regulator sometime in October. This really is dangerous I think the grill should be replaced why do I have to replace the regulator

Super nice Weber grill setup. Easy assembly. I've cooked on Weber grills most of my life. They are phenomenal for steaks, chicken and other meats. I smoke ribs on them too. This makes it handy to have a surface on which to set things while cooking. The wheels make for easy storage. I have found tons of cooking videos on YouTube showing different techniques and cooking methods.

First of all I love cooking on a Weber Charcoal grill. However, this new Performer (my second) is not of the quality I expected. The timer falls out frequently, the metal rim that holds the lid when is open is flimsy in comaparison to the last. And the worst feature of all is the metal tray table. I live in Florida and on an average sunny 85 degree day you cannot touch the metal table when it placed in a sunny spot. I have had to add a wooden cutting board to the top to keep my food from continuly cooking or the raw food cooking prior to placing it on the grill. Not to mention my beverage from heating up as well. I would return it if I could have my old one back.

I purchased on of these seven years ago for our lake cabin and finall got around to buying one for home. I love everything about the grill. However, with the older grill the electric ignition is not working. It makes a clicking sound but it will not ignite the gas. Still working on remedying the problem.

If you love charcoal grilling, this is the grill for you, The gas starter makes lighting the charcoal fast and easy. The work table gives you plenty of space to prep your food. This is my second grill and I love it!

the surface are is very suitable and the performance on how the grill maintain the heat is very easy to maintain. for me is a grill that I can depend on it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
