I love everything about this grill except I'm not sure what to do with the removable centerpiece when I remove the the upper grill to add coals and hang the larger part of the grill In the slot.

I had a small issue with my charcoal grill. I explained the problem and sent a picture and the purchase date and two days later I had new parts.

High quality and fun to use. It's also a good looking grill! …The charcoal lighting feature is lifesaver. Grill was easy to assemble. The charcoal storage is super nice too. Highly recommended.

I like the grill and gas start feature very much . The table is nice for setting items on getting ready to grill or take off without having to hold the pan along with sauces or cheese to put on the grilled item. The timer is nice except it doesn't stay in the little clips very well. With the cardboard cutout for backing it made it difficult to get it to latch into it's position but without it the timer kept falling out. adjustment is needed each time I use the grill to make sure the timer isn't going to fall out.

I use my Performance Weber grill four or five times a week. It lights easily. The ashes don't spill on my deck and are easy to empty. It is on lockable wheels which makes storing it and using it very easy. The kettle style is perfect for searing and indirect heat. The Weber website has great tips and delicious recipes.

Paint chipping already - only two months of use! The paint near the cover handle is already coming off. I'm extremely disappointed. Weber, if you can make this right, please contact me.

Good grill. It would be 5 stars if it comes with certain tools to ad or remove the top while you are cooking. Otherwise fantastic grill.

I bought this grill and the paint started peeling off on the table , I called the company about the warranty and they say it's under warranty they said the warranty don't cover paint peeling off and get rust.

This Weber grill is fantastic. Assembly was very straightforward and took about half hour. I truly enjoy the gas lighting system so I don't have to go out and get a chimney and start the coal with newspaper or other starters. It comes with coal trays that keep them in the middle (which I almost always do). The storage container is great as well...it takes my charcoal off the floor or needing another storage bin for it. The table top is wonderful too and gives me extra space for trays and such. Overall, I'd buy this again and again. My last Weber outlasted two replacements of internal grates, and this one I expect to last the same or longer in our Florida salt air.

Hi Bill. We all prefer natural lump charcoal too. The Weber Performer will be great with lump charcoal.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
