We went from a large 4 burner grille to this one. I bought it on line going by others reviews. It is the perfect size for a smaller patio. It puts a nice sear on meats cooking at a higher temp. The grille design cooks your meats faster. Follow the cooking tips that Weber includes with the grille. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

Great grill. I love everything about this grill, except for one small thing. The plastic shield in front makes it more difficult to get to the propane tank in the back. However, that's probably a good thing because it shouldn't be shoved up against the wall anyway. It's light, compact, and well-designed. Cooks beautifully and evenly, even for an office griller like me. I like the app that comes with the grill, which has a timer, recipes, and timing suggestions.I do have a suggestion about the Weber cover fit this grill. You have to have both of the tables on the side of the grill in the upright position in order to use the cover properly. Since space-saving is one of the best features of this grill, it defeats the purpose. I ended up buying an off market cover so that I can use it with the tables in the down position. Other than that, there us not much to improve on.

I have wanted a Weber Grills for years just because I know the Weber name and its reputation. Its cute. Not to big but not to small either just perfect. I have used my grill several times and it definitely lived up to the expectation. I built the whole thing myself. It took me about an hour (I am a girl so I actually read the directions....LOL) Have not always been really good at grilling but this grill is allowing me to perfect my grilling skills and become a master chef.

The sides are made too thin and easy to break in shipping and assembly. The unit itself is fantastic. Customer service sending any broken parts has been exceptional.

I had purchased a larger Weber Spirit and did not like the way the temperature fluctuated. I have had 2 Weber W's in the past and never disappointed. Has almost same grilling space as the larger grill, and keeps consistent temperature!

To say that I am happy with this grill is an understatement. Assembly utilizing the Bilt app was easy. Grilling on the Q3200 is a pleasurable experience. All you need is a little common sense and practice and you can prepare anything your stomach desires.

We've owned and enjoyed a Q2 since they first came on the market, decided to move up to the Q3200. The middle tube makes a huge positive difference as do the many other features that come with this model. We gave our Q2 to a couple that will take on their camping trips. We're both happy. As always, Weber grills are well made, easy to assemble and a joy to use.

Enjoying our Q3200 grille, not much different than the Q300 I purchased a decade ago, although the replacement grates won't be falling into the bottom anytime soon. The Q series grilles are great performers, we have the Q3200 for the patio and the Q2200 in our RV. Very pleased with our choice of grilles. Simplicity is what we like best of the Weber lineup. Easy to easy to use, easy to repair, and hold up well over time.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
