Customer Reviews
Needed to replace the burner on our Weber BBQ and the customer service staff were knowledgeable and helpful in getting correct part to us quickly. Happy grilling :)
I had a q2000. Used it at the trailer. What we like a bout our q3200 is it cooks very even. Easy to clean. I recommend the weber to my daughter. She had brought one up from my for her husband for Father's day.
Thus is a great grill, but has some issues with durability. I've owned this grill for 5 years and overall it has performed well. I am a little concerned that the powder coat on the lid has started to flake off. I also have some new issues with the gas manifold that require replacement. Unfortunately this item is out of stock with no known re-stock date. Consequently I cannot use the grill at all and since we live on Cape Cod, I am beginning to believe that we will not be able to use it this season. We will see about later in the fall. I like the grill. I like the way it cooks, but I am not satisfied with the durability of the grill if it could not last longer than 5 years before a major issue arose.
When I needed another BBQ after about 15 years...I bought a new one just like my old one. I know how it works and have grown to love it. I hate those giant BBQ's with separate burners and smoking capabilities but if you just like to cook the meat nd call it good, you'll love one of these also.
Glad I was able to obtain this grill as I was informed by Weber it was being discontinued. I have an older one that I use at a second location. That one has had parts replaced over the last ten years and still cooks better than other brands I have used
I am impressed. Elegant and sturdy. Easy to assemble. Made my first steaks this weekend and they came out evenly cooked, all with the same doneness. Vegetables came out great too.
So far the best BBQ Grill I have ever owned. I have owned many grills over the years but what sets this one apart is the ease to cook items using no direct heat. There are two burners, one on the outside and the other up the middle. The grill part is also superior to simple bars..
We purchased this Weber to replace a previous one that we lost to a fire. The Q 3200 is our everyday grill. It's the perfect size for two of us but is big enough to entertain another couple too. If I had one complaint about the new grill it's that the side shelves feel a little more flimsy than the previous model.
This grill is the perfect size for my family. Heats up quickly and holds heat well too
Questions & Answers
Hi Pamela. We do not have a cover for the Weber Q3200. You might need to check with Weber to see if they offer one: https://www.weber.com/US/en/accessories/grill-covers/
Asked by Pamela | Answered by WesleyHi, Connie. The link to the owners manual is https://cdn.shocho.co/sc-specsheets/Propane-Q-3200.pdf Or you can find it at https://www.weber.com/US/en/help/manuals/
Asked by Connie | Answered by WesleyHi Steve. With the shelves folded down, it measure 36".
Asked by Struggling Steve | Answered by Joey, BBQGuys ExpertHi Anthony! The Weber 3200 grill is stationary in the base. It is screwed in during assembly.
Asked by Anthony | Answered by TiffanyHi Vic, unfortunately the manufacturer does not provide this information but the height of the grill closed is 43.5 inches, with the lid open it is 55.5 inches high. The lid extends upward when open, not all the way back, so having a rail next to the grill shouldn't be an issue.
Asked by vic | Answered by RosaHi, Andrea. The Weber Q3200 will require some assembly. Assembly instructions can be found here, in the owner's guide: https://cdn.shocho.co/sc-specsheets/Propane-Q-3200.pdf

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
