The grill would be much more portable with 4 wheels instead of two. I find it difficult to move. It also does not ignite as quickly as I think it should. I have to hold the button down for too long. On the plus side, it grills food very well with good marks and the light attached to the lid handle was a clever idea. Overall, quite good.

It's a great grill for the price . Easy to use and maintain. Just a little difficult to roll around once you put the propane bottle in.

I'm not happy because I have not been able to register my grill. I reached out to support & was sent an email from Mansan M. who probably is not a real person, with no success! So, if you can help me register, I'll be happy to give a fair evaluation of the grill not your company's support team. My grill was a gift from the company I work for.

You certainly get what you pay for. The grill is very well built and well finished. Not to mention even heat from the burner. Believe it or not I own a Q3200 in Canada and a Q3200 in Florida. The after sales service is bar none the best. A definite buy:)

This id our 2nd Q-3200 . Our first lasted 12 years and the reason we gave it away was because we were moving out of state. It is a very dependable grill providing you take care of it ie keep it covered , clean the grates wgen needed. After a lot of use you may have to replace some parts like gas tubing and even the grates. It always operates wonderfully.

Great lasting grill. Cooks great with even heat. Still have one from years ago. (I did replace grills and burners) gave to my son and bought my self a new one. Best grill I ever owned!

Easy to assemble heats up quickly. Comes with cart and grill light. Made of non rusting materials and comes with Weber guarantees. What's not to love ? Just get it. You will not be disappointed

This is great grill that I use in my Los Angeles apartment I host carne asada parties all the time and do it from my balcony. I'm lucky to have a large balcony in the city. The grill is great because it cooks the food quick and it fits a lot food at a time. I have found it easy to clean and store. So far I am ver happy with my purchase. That I have also purchased the Q1200 in red to take with me to the park.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
