I've only had my Weber Q3200 gas grill for a short time but it looks great, cooks great and fits in my small covered deck perfectly.

Great grill. Perfect size for my needs. Heats up quick and reduces cooking time. Easy to clean. Removal grease drip pan is easy to use, no cleaning . Just dispose aluminum pan and put in a new one. Easy to use gas control knobs. No guessing on heat settings. I wish it had a fuel level gauge on the tank. Not a big deal just a wish.

Great product.. I have had all 3 Q grills.. All equally great.. But the 3200 has been by far the best. Heats to desired temperature extremely fast. Cooks food evenly over the entire grill surface. Don't bother with any other name grill.

We had a smaller version of this grill in Chester County, PA. When we moved to Kauai, HI, we bought this larger version. We love it. Use it all the time - breakfast, lunch & dinner. Saves using costly electric stove.

Love this grill with its beautiful porcelain coated grates! It's everything you'd expect from a Weber except there is no gas gauge. My 20 year old Weber had me spoiled-no guessing as there was a gauge where the gas tank hung that indicated the level of fuel that was left.

Plastic wheel covers are a problem from day 1. They loosen and try to fall off. Bad engineering or molding.

Great grill for 2-3 people grilling. Best to follow cooking times/settings guide that comes with the grill. Excellent bang for the buck and Weber is always a good brand.

The grill is fine but not worth the money. With a full tank of fuel in it it is super heavy and awkward to move being 2 legs have no wheels. Also those legs did no come with any pads or rubber on the bottom. Cheap! Spilled olive oil on one of the tables and it won't come off or even clean up that well. No igniter was in the box so I called customer service and they sent one for free. 2 weeks later it showed up. I would find another grill or you can buy this one because I'm already happy to part with it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
