The great southwest

I received this grill for Fathers Day last year, we rodeo a lot and it fits right in our RV. I also got the stand and it makes all the difference, can cook six big rib eyes easy. Steaks come out great. Also does great on hamburgers and hot dogs. I would recommend this grill to anyone looking for a great weekend on the road grill. Thanks Weber for an excellent product.

I've had the grill now for 7 months and just like a few of the other comments the fuel rail holes get clogged really fast and the starter igniter stopped working shortly after I bought it.

We are sorry to hear that your igniter stopped working and that your burner holes are clogging. It's possible that the battery in your igniter needs to be replaced. Your manual will show you how to change it. If that doesn't work, please give us a call at 800-446-1071. Your burners are easy to clean, just use a grill brush in a back-and-forth motion to clear debris. my gas tube keeps plugging up and I only get 1/3 to 1/2 of burner tubes igniting. I have cleaned several times with a paper clip end or pin. Does your warranty cover the burner? I do not have the receipt as children purchased a few years back for me.

Excellent quality and very easy to clean. I had an issue running a 20lb tank with an adapter hose but it turned out that the Mr Heater hose I was using wasn't compatible and Weber's customer support helped me over the phone to get their hose. The call was only 8 minutes long including hold time. The new hose works perfectly.

Less than a year old and starter is, had to replace. Burner plugs easy with grease off the grill. Have to clean ports with stick pen. Paint is starting to come off top already. Not sure it was the money in the long haul.

We recommend placing your food with more juices on top of the solid portion of the cooking grates to avoid it from dropping directly on top of the burner tube. I have a Q-200 (predecessor to the 2000) and it is a perfect size for my 10 1/4" & 12" cast iron skillets which I use to cook bacon several times a week. It's also the perfect size for burgers or steaks for the wife & me. If I want/need low & slow, I fire up the kettle. Love my Weber grills.

Grill is very compact but not too small, really the perfect size. The actual amount of grilling space surprised me, you can fit A LOT of food on this bad boy! Highly recommended and also love the fact that it is easily portable, whether you need it or not the option is there.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
