My 5 month old grill would no longer heat past 325 degrees. I called customer support. They told me that the problem was the adapter hose. So I paid approx 50.00 for adapter hose. After install it, it still didn't solve the problem. I wasted 50.00 on a hose they suggested would solve the problem. So they then sent me ( free of charge) a few other parts ( regulator and some other part. I have no idea how to install these parts on my grill. So my grill has been setting through the fall and I've not been able to use it. At the time my grill was only 5 months old. I'm going to have to find someone that will help me install the new regulator and other parts to be able to use it. Not very good warranty on this grill. Guess I'll have to take it to someone who will install the parts for me. I'm very disappointed. I've owned the same grill before and friends have same grill with no problems. In the end, they didn't care that I got a "lemon".

As other people have reported, this product failed after one week of usage. The plastic gasket snapped into pieces. My suggestion is to rethink the design. I purchased another brand as I was traveling and I'm stuck with a useless adapter hose. Not a happy customer :(

I found the same problem after two years of great use the gasket. The white gasket had deteriorated, and I don't know if we can be replace it. The grill is unusable now whoever they designed it so you have to buy a $45 hose kit after gasket brakes poor design on Weber

I bought this to use with a new Weber Q grill, after discovering that generic hoses such as this one do not appear to be compatible any longer. Neither is this on. I've only got it to work twice, yet using a 1 lb tank with the grill works just fine. A waste of money.

I purchased one of these years ago to save the hassle of disposable propane cylinders. When it worked, it was great. While on a multi-state road trip, the nylon bushing inside the couple cracked which rendered the hose useless. I replaced it, then just over a year ago that one failed after only a few years of use. Now that one failed as well with about a year of use. With so many people reporting the same issue, you'd think Weber would come up with a solution. Their grills themselves are fabulous but accessories seem to take a back seat in the engineering department.

Hi Richard. We haven't tried the Weber adapter with any Blackstone griddles, and cannot suggest it for safety reasons. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
