Convenient size. Heats up quickly. I do need to watch the temperature as it seems to cook hot.

I have a small grilling station inside my garage for grilling when its raining or too cold outside to use my large grill. I had a small gas grill but wanted something with more than one burner so purchased the TravelQ from Napoleon. The only minor challenge I saw was that the grill came with an adaptor that fit the large 20 lb. propane tanks. I wanted to use the small 1 lb. propane tanks because the larger tanks would be too cumbersome to fit on my garage grill shelf. You can buy a brass adaptor to fit the smaller tanks online . Using this adaptor I was set to grill. I used the accessory griddle plate first to sear crab cakes which worked great. The grill fires up easily with its jet type ignitors just like my large Napoleon. The griddle got very hot with no trouble and put a nice sear on my crab cakes. My next grill was some brats, hot dogs and a couple of half pound burgers. Again the grill started with ease and quickly within less than 5 minutes was very hot and ready for action. I was able to adjust the heat lower on one side to keep from burning the dogs while using higher heat on the other side to cook the burgers. I used the handy accessary warming rack to keep the dogs and brats for burning while finishing up my burgers. The grill is well made, heats up quickly even in the cold winter and you can get lots of handy accessories. I didn't get the portable travel stand as I use this in my garage - but if you want to travel you might like that option or simple carry this for tail gate events. The warranty is one of the best in the business compared to all other portable gas grills. I highly recommend this grill if you're looking for a smaller gas grill. Also this grill is reasonably easy to clean as it has two grates that are easy to take out and clean in a kitchen sink. Same for the optional griddles.

I can't attest to the product itself. I will be returning the 3rd one I've ordered because the packaging is so flimsy that the all 3 of them have had broken handles or legs. No noticeable damage to the box itself. The units were ordered through 2 different vendors so can't point the finger at any one company for mishandling. The unit looks good but I won't be trying to order another. I'm only submitting this review to try to get manufacturer's attention that they need to improve their packaging.

I've had grills from other companies that were sloppily put together with lots of tiny screws and pop rivets. The TravelQ PRO, on the other hand, is rock solid and has a brilliant, simple, extremely sturdy design. I love the dual burners! When I go camping, I can heat up a cup of coffee without having to heat up the whole grill. I can make pancakes on one side and keep some of them warm on the other. Or I can grill some meat on high heat on one side and gently grill some veggies at a lower temperature on the other. On top of all of this, Napoleon's Customer Service is outstanding and is based in North America.

The construction is very solid. It cooks T bone like a boss. So, if you will use this for hamburgers and hotdogs you can't go wrong.

The only reason I gave 4 stars was I received a faulty thermometer with my pro285 bk grill. The seller ( BBQ guy) were awesome and promptly contacted Napoleon who promptly responded they would ship one out immediately so upon receipt of that it is definitely a five star! Grill looks and performs great, couldn't be more satisfied! ( one piece of constructive criticism Napoleon, the hose could be a few feet longer😏)

The grill has been great. Love the two zone heat and portability. The foot of the legs has a sharp edge that hangs on my mat during storage. Be careful what you would put on the cast iron grates or you will be scraping for awhile to get the remnants off. Would prefer stainless steel grates (easier to clean). Using the recommended brass brush won't last long compared to the stainless steel brush. Over all, would recommend this grill.

One of the best portable grills. On this grill, I have been colony indirectly, searing steaks, smoking meat (with a tube) and recently bought the rotisserie. I also did a modification on it, to ensure the heat is retained and distributed even more evenly. I fitted some ceramic briquettes, and, trust me, they make this grill a masterpiece. Only downside is the fact that it now takes twice as much time for the grill to heat up, but when it does, it is retained for 30 mins upon switching off the grill. Insane. I wish Napoleon had an official offering, because finding the right size of grate to place the briquettes was not easy.

Great barbecue, cooked everything great, I left it out one day and it was stolen... So now I need to buy a new barbecue LOL
