Warranty
Weber Q gas grills are covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in material & workmanship. The aluminum castings, lid assembly and stainless steel burners are warrantied for a period of five (5) years (two years on paint excluding fading or discoloration). The stainless steel burners, plastic components and porcelain-enamel cast iron cooking grates are warrantied for (5) years. All other remaining parts are warrantied for two (2) years. Labor not included.

I really like the internal flame grate relationship. It's hard to burn food on this grill. I have had a couple Weber 22 inch, and a Weber natural gas grill. These were all good grills but now I don't need the large grills anymore and this Q 1200 fits my lifestyle better.

Never been so happy with a grill. Should have gotten a long time ago. Best and most satisfying meals we've ever had have come off our new Weber 1200.

Though I've only used a few times I appreciate the temperature options and that it holds the set temp. Still much to learn as I go forward but this model is easy to clean and acts like a little outdoor oven.

We still have our old one that we use at our yearly party on our property. The new one will stay at the house. These have been the best grills we have ever used.

This cute little grill was just what I needed to enhance my outdoor life. It is compact and convenient to travel with. I purchased a cart on wheels that also collapses so I can take it anywhere needed like a little carryon suitcase! I only purchase Weber for my grilling needs and am thrilled! Thank you Weber for such wonderful products.

It grills perfectly. It has the same foibles as any grille as in the parts need to be replaced periodically. The size, design and how it grilles is what distinguishes it from others. I'm on my second 1200. Twice the plastic frame that holds the aluminum shell in place has melted causing the shell to melt and tilt badly to one side. This prevents the top from closing with the shelves folded in. It's hard to believe Weber doesn't know this grille does this. Anyway I bought my third one at 50% off bc I like the way it grilles. Weber if you can fix this melting problem you would have the perfect grille!!

Perfect for two people in a camper. Heats up fast and easily controls and holds heat. Also purchased heavier constructed bag … great quality! Grill folds up and goes in easily. Grates removes and another "easy" fits in sink/dishwasher for quick clean up. Now wondering if there is a griddle top. Going to ck that out!

Ok love the size but not the heat consistency. This is my second Q1200 and overall I'm ok with it I just wish it had better heat tubes that did not plug and easier to clean. Could be improved in design

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
