I purchased this grill because I didn't need the much larger cooking surface offered by the Spirit or Genesis models. The food cooks evenly, and I really like the additional "+" burner feature. I also appreciate the ability to remove the grill from the stand and use it separately when needed. The grill was supposed to come with two grates, but one was missing when it arrived. I contacted Weber customer service, and they quickly sent a replacement via FedEx. Excellent customer support and a great overall experience so far.

I live in a condo with limited space and a very small deck. I love grilling, but my grill was just too big for my deck. I started shopping and found the Q 2800. I needed my grill to run on a 20lb tank, which the Q does. The size is perfect! It looks fabulous in my small space. And it goes without saying the temperature capabilities make it a superior grill to many grills twice the cost. I love it!

We owned a Q300 for about 15 years and loved it. Hot spots where the burners cross caused extra heat on the grates causing loss of coating and eventual rusting. The 2800 we just bought is slightly smaller grill deck and the side tables are really lame and flimsy. We love the higher heat this grill brings to the party.

This is the first I've bought in years. I had big ones with all the bells and whistles. I don't grill like that anymore. I wanted a size large enough to be able to cook for myself and my partner and a few friends. This grill fits that requirement perfectly. Gas is more convenient for me than charcoal, so that was a fit as well. It seems to be well made and has done good work already.

Nice, even heat and easy to operate. The grill was very easy to assemble (15 minutes)...the stand was more of a challenge to assemble. I wish the stand was made of hard pvc or plastic instead of metal.

This is a great small grill. Easy to transport and big enough to cook for a family of four or five while comping. It cooks evenly and the temperature is easy to control. Weber is known for their good support and that parts are available if something needs replacement. Most of the time you will not need the parts as the equipment is well engineered, sturdy and durable.

Looks great, well built. Unfortunately, its the worst weber Ive ever used. Good luck getting anything to cook evenly as the temps vary wildly all over the cooking surface.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
