The Weber Q 2000 is the perfect size for a small patio or yard. Great grilling area for gathering of friends. Easy to move around and take on camping trips.

I don't want to give the grill a bad review, but it's not lighting properly for me. I'm pretty sure it's the regulator that I need to reset but I'm not sure how to do that properly and so I haven't been using it since I bought it.

If you are using your grill with the adapter hose to a larger 20 lb. refill/exchange LP tank, it sounds like your grill may be in a safety mode known as “bypass." What’s happening is that the regulator thinks there’s a gas leak, so it reduces the pressure. Follow these instructions to reset the bypass safety mode. This is also how you would want to start your grill every time. 1. Open the lid 2. Make sure the control knob is in the off position 3. Turn your LP tank on all the way 4. Wait 60 seconds 5. Turn the burner to start/high (first position to the left) 6. Hit your igniter 7. I've had my WeberQ for about 15 years now. It is the main cooker on All of our camping trips. We've cooked everything from Hams to Burgers to Pizza's on this thing. Cooks Great and pretty even. Just now starting to have a problem with getting up to temp. Suspect it's the regulator, Stuff Happens. That's what brought me here, looking for parts. Just had to put in my 2 cents. Oh! And Love my Genisis I've had for over 10 Years. We BBQ Rain or Shine!

Easy to transport, easy to set up, easy to light. Burners grill the food evenly. Makes an average grilled a superstar. Really enjoy grilling on this grill.

We bbq'd with a Q100 for 15 years and it worked great. Have not broken out the Q2000 yet, but know it will be as efficient and long lasting as the the Q100!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
