We have been using one of the old Weber portable grills, some times when we have family over we like to cook chicken and burgers and needed more space, this grill hit the mark. This grill has not had the flame blow out, I hate that since you have to try and guess how much longer you need to cook. So we are pleased with this purchase from Weber.

I was leery at first, buying a rather compact unit for my RV. But after using it this past season, the Weber name came to the forefront. This unit is as hot as they come and does an EXCELLENT job, meal after meal. A+ IMHO.

I am a full-time rv'er and travel for work. This is the best grill that I've had for rving. It is small enough to fit in your compartments but large enough to cook for the whole family. Best of all it has even heat throughout the grill and gets hotter than most portable grills. Sears your meat nicely.

I camp a lot and have had a number of inexpensive table top "propane bottle" grills, including inexpensive Webers. My most recent one rusted out and I finally decided to step up to a quality grill and purchased the Q2000. The first thing I noticed was that this grill is big enough that I can now cook all of the family's hamburgers at one time instead of serving them in shifts. The next thing is that the grill has excellent heat distribution and has fine enough flame control that I can cook a large tri tip without charing the outside. Definitely worth the money, and it looks to have the quality build to stand up to years of use/abuse

I have had the grill a year now and think the grill works well. I use it for camping often. The grill is quite heavy so moving it from place to place can be quite cumbersome. After taking grill out of the box, one of the grates would rock up and down as it was slightly curved. Weber sent me free grates to my house at no charge. One of those was curved as well but I used the good ones and all is well. The only complaint is that it takes a long time to heat up as the flames are low(even on high) and can blow out easily.

This Q2000 grill from Weber is perfect for us, living in a retirement community and still RVing in our Airstream. With the stand and a 20-lb propane tank, we can grill outside our duplex and take the Q with us camping. It cooks steaks, chops, chicken breasts, hamburgers and hot dogs, and has a grilling area large enough to cook meat for a family of five or six! I have loved Weber grills since we bought the large Weber charcoal grill in 1970! They are terrific and last forever.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
